Hi I'm Laura, and I am a designer, illustrator and photographer based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My shop is Creative Moxie Studio, a name that demonstrates the determination and energy I put into what I love doing - being creative. I started Creative Moxie Studio as a way to keep my creative juices flowing outside of work. I am so honored that my art can be seen all over the United States and around the world. Request for cancellations need to come before item is shipped. Any cancellation fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Seller can accept cancellation requests at their discretion.
While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for Domestic delivery & up to 4-5 weeks for International delivery before resending/refunding for non delivery.
International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees
Refunds and Exchanges
If order is cancelled before shipping by buyer, you will be refunded a portion of total sale. Buyer will incur the cost of PayPal (if paid through Paypal) and any Etsy fees.
For custom items, if product is wrong due to seller error it will be refunded. Otherwise if custom order has been approved by buyer there will be no refund.
If an item has been damaged or lost in the mail, contact seller for a solution which may include a refund or replacement at seller discretion.
