Welcome to Creative Outlook Designs. Our mantra is "a memorable event begins with the perfect invitation." We believe it sets the tone for your event. Don't you want your guests be excited and thrilled to receive an invitation to your special event? We create unique and specialized invitations to fit your theme. We are event stylist who can provide you with all the paper elements to make your event unique and memorable.

Payment
Most of our listing will require payment in full to place an order. There are some listings that will require a 50% deposit to secure your place in our production schedule.
Shipping
All items are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days) with tracking. If you require any other shipping method (overnight, FEDEX or UPS), we will gladly work with you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Thanks so much for your sale. We appreciate your business and will make sure that your paper products exceed your expectations. However, because our items are custom, refunds are not given once production has begun.

If you request a refund before a proof has been done, a charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund. If you request a refund after a proof has been provided, a 50% cancellation will be deducted from your refund.

ALL deposits paid are considered non-refundable. Once your proof is emailed to you and you approve - production will begin - at this time you may not cancel your order.
Once an order has been paid, you can not reduce the quantity of items in your order. In the event that you need additional items added to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Due to color variations between screens, there may be a slight difference in the digital proofs and final printed products. If you have specific colors in mind, a Pantone color number, paint chip, or fabric sample (snail mailed to us) will help us make the best color choice decisions.
