Welcome to Creative Plethora. I'm constantly getting new ideas for art and I created this shop to share some of my creations. This shop is my hobby. I love to draw and paint, so this is where you'll find vinyl decals as well as other "artsy" items. No two hand-painted items are the same so you can be sure you're getting something no one else has.

I do all transactions in USD, no Monopoly money here. After you click "Pay Now", be sure to follow all the steps as I will only ship items after the payment clears. Having issues? No worries, just contact me and I'll help.

Cancellations: Remember that scene in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with Veruca Salt and the furnace? Worked out well for her so contact me ASAP if you need to cancel an order. I ship fast but you never know. If an order has already shipped out, I cannot cancel the order.
I understand that just because you buy an item offline it doesn’t mean you want to wait forever for it to get to you. I do my best to ship your item(s) within 3 business days after payment clears. “Normal” shipping days are Monday, Wed and Fri. I ship via USPS and provide tracking numbers for all US orders. I reserve the right to use a different shipping service if needed.

Unfortunately, I cannot control how long USPS takes to get orders to your door. There may be delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, wormholes, etc. US orders generally take between 3-7 days (this is an estimate) to be delivered. International mail operates in a different space (hence the costs). Therefore, tracking will not be available. Internatioinal orders can take 8-21 days (this is an estimation) to be delivered.

Insurance is included with all PRIORITY MAIL US orders (you must upgrade the shipping method to be covered). International orders do NOT include insurance and therefore damage is not covered. However, if you need this option, contact me before placing your order. All claims have to be filed via USPS and I will follow their process.

**International buyers are responsible for any and all import taxes/duties/fees. I am not responsible for fees or delays associated with customs and/or your local postal carrier.**

**In order to keep prices low and help the eco system I will re-use shipping materials for larger orders as often as possible :)**
Refunds and Exchanges
Q: I ordered an item but it’s not really what I want. It wasn’t a custom order, can I return it?
A: Really sorry things didn’t work out. Contact me within 24 hours following USPS expected delivery date and I’ll see what I can do. Note: IF a return is accepted, I reserve the right to provide a refund in the form of shop credit. Otherwise, item needs to be returned to me in exactly the same condition as I shipped it (unused, undamaged, well packaged, etc). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping.

Q: I received my package, however, it's not what I ordered. What should I do?
A: Oh no! Contact me immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). Once I figure out what went wrong, I will provide instructions on returning the item. Full refund given if there is a mistake on my part (i.e. I sent your item to “Redspot, Jupiter” and your shipping address clearly states “Smallville, USA”). And if the mistake was mine, I will reimburse the buyer for the unused item shipped back to me via USPS first-class or standard mail with tracking (copy of receipt required for refund).

Q: I custom ordered an item but I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
A: All custom orders go thru a process which takes time and each design can take hours. Once you confirm and pay, it’s yours forever (unless you pay it forward as an awesome gift).

Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Contact me immediately (within 48 hours of confirmed delivery)! Please have a description and photos of the damage available (sent through Etsy Messages) as all claims will be filed via USPS.

Q: My order never arrived. What should I do?
A: Oh no! First, check the tracking number provided to find your package. There may be postal service delays (these can exceed 30 days). Insurance is included if you upgraded to Priority Mail. All US orders and International Priority Express Mail include tracking numbers. Contact me and/or your local postal carrier immediately and have your tracking number ready. Please note: I only ship to the address buyers give during the checkout process. I cannot replace/refund items sent to the wrong address due to buyer error. A full refund or replacement will be given if there is a mistake on my part (i.e. I sent your item to “Redspot, Jupiter” and your shipping address clearly states “Smallville, USA”).

Q: I'm an International customer, my item arrived damaged/never arrived. Can I get a refund?

Q: I see a piece that I really want, is it available on a different medium?
A: Glad you see something you like. All mug designs are one of a kind. If you like a style/theme, I will consider doing a custom item just for you. Just ask.

Q: How do I custom order an item?
A: Contact me with a clear idea and after we iron out the details I will create a custom listing. You pay and once the payment clears I will begin to create. I like my designs to look good so it can take 1-2 weeks to complete your order BEFORE shipping depending on the qty/design. Custom orders start at $20.00 USD before shipping depending on the item for mugs. Custom vinyl decals start at $7.00 USD before shipping.

Q: Can you make a custom item with *insert popular character/logo/etc here* on it?
A: Do I have the ability to? Yes. Will I sell it to you? No. Will I give it to you? Doubt it. Copyright is a thing and I do my best to respect other artists.

Q: What paint do you use on mugs?
A: Acrylics (made on a planet far far away). I also use sharpies, ceramic paints, and other media as I see fit.

Q: What type of mugs do you use?
A: Various mugs from various places to give my shop variety.

Q: How big are the mugs?
A: They range from 10 oz and larger. See item description.

Q: Is the artwork on mugs sealed?
A: All canvas art is sealed. However, in order to preserve the piece, it is recommended that you do not hang artwork in direct sunlight. All mugs come with special care instructions to help the design last as long as possible.

Q: Will you paint on items other than canvas, mugs, and wood?
A: It depends. If you want a custom item made of different material contact me and I'll let you know. Or check out my custom clothing shop

Q: Can I put my mug in the dishwasher?
A: Although I use a multi-step curing process, I recommend all mugs be HAND WASHED using warm water and non-abrasive materials and soap in order to make the design last longer.

Q: Can I put my vinyl on the wall?
A: Only if the listing specified it as a "wall decal" or "wall vinyl". If you aren't sure, just ask and I'll let you know ASAP. ***FYI: Many paints on the market are not suitable for use with wall decals. It is up to the buyer to determine whether or not their decal will adhere to the chosen surface without causing damage.***

Q: Love your work. Can I get a discount?
A: Aww, thanks. If a discount code is available, it will be posted in the announcements, Twitter, and/or Instagram.
