Arrived super fast, in tact with instructions and glue for securing the top ball. Seller was super responsive and great. This is the second sign I have purchased here. Totally recommend this shop!

Shipping
I try and ship the quickiest and cheapest way. If you need it quicker, let me know and I can quote you! SHIPPING PRICE includes postage, handling, fees and packing supplies etc!

Currently, my shipping time is 2 weeks (2-3 weeks for Family Rules Canvases).

Also, I ship every item with delivery confirmation. Once it has left my hands and been delivered, there is nothing else I can do, and I can't be responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. ONLY if I did not purchase delivery confirmation am I liable for lost packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my custom and personalized items, there are no refunds. In some cases, we can come to an agreement about possible replacement items, store credit etc.
