5 out of 5 starsThis set of 10 paper flower wall decor with baby's name is beautiful! It's all crafted professionally and looks beautiful on the wall. I am not disappointed with this purchase.

This customer received the exact same product as all previous 5 star reviews. Customer contacted us to claim they wanted a different set of flowers and purchased them from another Etsy seller. We offered a full refund for the set of flowers if they were returned them in the same condition they were received. Instead the customer smashed the flowers into a very small box only 3" deep. Customer was informed a refund would not be granted since the items were completely damaged. Photos were sent to the customer showing the obvious lack of care that went into packaging their return. We value our customers and will always work with any customer not satisfied with our product. It is unfortunate this sale had to end this way. Please feel free to read our other 190 favorable reviews.
