Items that were damaged during transport or later have a defect are repaired by us free of charge.
Product photos
Unfortunately, my pictures are sometimes displayed very poorly on Etsy. If you are interested in an article, I will send you on request the original pictures !!!
Material
My real gemstones I refer from a seller in Germany. For our crystal glass creations we use carefully selected materials, such as Czech glass beads, faceted, cut glass crystals (also from well-known companies), special beads made of Murano glass, sea glass, porcelain or millefiori glass.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our pearl creations come beautifully packed in a small chiffon bag. Gift wrapping can be bought. Shipping is done in neutral packaging.
Colors
I do my best to represent the colors accurately but the colors may vary due to the different monitor settings.

Shipping, shipping times and delays
The shipping times are usually 2-3 business days within Germany, 1-2 weeks within Europe and 3-4 weeks overseas. There may be delays in delivery in some cases, but I have no control over it.
