ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Turnaround time is 7 - 14 days. All our items are designed, cut and hand painted in order they are received! If you need an order rushed, I offer a $15 rush fee to move yours to the top of the list. Message me if you need that so I can make sure I can accomodate your request.

Frequently asked questions
Door Hanger Care Instructions
All hangers are made from MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) which is solid, but not heavy. Each door hanger is sprayed with an acrylic sealer to protect the surface against fading, chipping or premature weathering. However, it is not water proof so I do NOT recommend placing it where it will be directly exposed to the elements like on a fence, outside pool area or any other exterior fixture. Ideal location is on your door (with a storm door protecting it) or hung in a location with porch or overhang.
Is my new door hanger sealed to protect it?
ABSOLUTELY! All our door hangers are sealed with an acrylic spray to help protect them against fading, scratching and premature weathering.
Does my door hanger come with a bow?
YES! YES! YES! Each of our door hangers comes with a custom made multi layer bow made to match the design ordered. We CANNOT guarantee the bow pictured in listing will be exactly the same one that is placed on your order due to ribbon availability. We CAN guarantee it will be CUTE though!!
