Announcement    Creek House Patisserie has been producing hand crafted chocolates and fine pastries since 2005 in beautiful Ashland Oregon.
We take pride in producing hand crafted Classic Chocolates that contain dairy products, as well as our popular Vegan Chocolates.
Our chocolates are handmade in small batches to ensure the very best quality. Our base chocolate is sourced from a fifth generation American chocolate manufacturer. All our chocolate truffles (bonbons) feature a crisp and snappy chocolate exterior, and an unbelievably creamy ganache interior. Our solid chocolate figurines are molded out of the same premium chocolate.

No preservatives and all-natural flavor infusions in our truffles enhance the rich flavor of the fine couverture chocolate that we use and are never overpowering. In 2015 we started to change our chocolate product to organic ingredients. Not all our products are organic yet, but we are continuing to change over whenever possible. Our popular Vegan line of chocolates uses 100% organic ingredients. Our classic line (with dairy) uses both organic and conventional ingredients.

Our chocolates and pastries are featured in several Southern Oregon fine restaurants, gourmet stores and shops. Creek House Patisserie's Pastry Chef is Le Cordon Bleu trained, and committed to using only the highest quality ingredients to create classic confections.

Frequently asked questions
Why have you added shipping charges to orders?

Returning customers will see we have added additional shipping fees for orders. This is due to the unfortunate difficulties facing the USPS. We have relied on USPS for years to deliver in 2-3 days at an economical rate, however, during these difficult times we have changed to UPS 2-3 Day (AK +HI will ship USPS Priority) and the cost of shipping is considerably higher. On-time delivery of our chocolates is of upmost importance to us. We hope you understand and thank you!

Why do you use so much packaging material, isn't it wasteful?

Chocolates are extremely sensitive to heat, and damage due to being tossed around during transit. We use as much packaging to thoroughly protect our products during shipping and delivery. Our track record for products arriving in pristine condition is excellent!

We RECYCLE. Most of our packing material, even though a lot of it is plastic, is completely recyclable, and is mostly made from recycled material. USPS is the largest recycler in the world, which is why we use their products.

Foam peanuts: Any foam peanuts in your package are completely biodegradable. They dissolve in water.
