Beautiful dark wool. I was surprised at the amount of veggie matter in this. The shop owner did mention this in the description, but I just didn't pay attention. It will be more labor intensive for spinners to work with due to the small particles of hay that tend to get stuck in the wool and are not easy to pick out.

Great natural color. Thel and tog will be so warm and wear resistant. Can't wait to spin it up in batches of natural colors and make a small shawl.

Great natural Icelandic wool, moderately clean. I love that the sheep are taken such great care of and the owners take real pride in their farm. Got a nice little magnet with my order with the farm logo on it. Shipped my order very promptly, despite it being the busy holiday season. I would absolutely recommend this to my spinning friends.

I had ordered a pound of this same roving earlier and was afraid I would not have enough to finish my sweater so I wrote to ask if any was still available. Thank heavens it was. So I am very happy with the product and with the vendor.

The item shipped and was received on time. It was very well prepared and is spinning up nicely. I'm spinning this up for an Icelandic type sweater and this will be the sweater's basic color, adding other natural colors for the yoke. I have to say that Icelandic is not my favorite breed - too harsh.
