The tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my item
If the tracking shows your item was delivered but you did not receive it, please ask your neighbor, or mail carrier if your package was accidentally misplaced. Buyers are responsible for providing a shipping address that is safe to leave packages. We are not responsible for porch theft, or packages missing or stolen after the tracking shows it was delivered.
My item was damaged during shipping
