Welcome to Crochet Beauty! All the creations in my shop are handmade by me in my smoke-free, pet-free home.


I make each creation; the crochet creation that you see individually is the creation that is for sale and that you will receive.

What this means to you:

- If you have a custom orders give 2-3 weeks to make the creation and it will be delivered ASAP. Please check back with me to see if I can recreate a specific item, since I will not know if there is yarn in stock or available at the place of purchase.



Custom Orders:

Please contact me with your yarn ideas or special orders you will like, and I will give you a quote. Custom orders will take 2-3 weeks depending upon the current volume of work, but my priority will be your custom order.


Payment

I accept PayPal for all transaction. If the payment has not been completed and I have not heard form you within 5 days of the purchase I will consider it as you are no longer interested in this item and I will cancel the transaction. If you have a situation going on please stay in contact with me and the item that you are interested in will not be re-listed.

Shipping

I will Ship it to the address that you provide to me via PayPal.

If you pay with PayPal e-check I will wait for the check to go through before I send you the item. I will ship the item with United States Postal Service Parcel Post (USPS).

Holiday Season: There will be deliveries to the post office everyday, to make sure that your order arrives on time.

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE CHECK YOUR INVOICE TO FIND TRACKING NUMBER.

ATTENTION: If the item was shipped and you have a tracking number, YOU, the buyer may be able to file a claim with the POSTAL/SHIPPING SERVICE. Once I deliver the package to the post office I have no control over the duration of the package arrival, or if it does or does not arrive its destination.

If your package does not arrive, their will NOT be a refund. In that situation with a Tracking Number YOU the customer may be able to file a claim with the POSTAL/SHIPPING SERVICE.
