If you receive your item and decide you don't like it in person, you can exchange it for another item of the same price within 30 days, as long as the item is still in new condition.

You may also return any items within 30 days for a full refund (minus initial shipping charges), which you will receive as soon as the item is returned to me and I verify its condition. If the item is in a condition other than "new", I'll still give a partial refund, and inform you of this via convo.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges in these "change of heart" circumstances; if there's a problem with the item that you perceive as our fault, open a conversation, and we'll see what we can do for you. Please do this /before/ leaving negative feedback, as we'd prefer to have you leave as a satisfied customer.

I guarantee that all your purchases will leave my hands in new condition. I'm not to be held accountable for damage incurred during shipping, and urge you to contact me about insuring your packages, especially on large orders. However, if a problem such as irreparable damage or loss presents itself, contact me and I'll see what I can do.

I'd appreciate prompt payment, but if you have a problem with your browser crashing, etc., just send me a convo and I'll understand. If an item isn't paid for after 1 day, I'll send you a convo asking if you want me to hold the item. If arrangements haven't been made within 3 days, I'll cancel the sale, and possibly leave negative feedback.

All items will be shipped within a week unless noted otherwise in the listing.

I ship using the USPS first class. If you want insurance, tracking, upgrades etc., send me a convo upon payment, and I'll do my best to take care of you and make you aware of any extra price these options may add. I automatically add insurance to some items, such as expensive or large listings that would be impossible to replace/replicate--this will always be noted in the listing.

All products are made in a smoke-free environment, though most of our creators do have cats. All applicable orders will be washed with fragrance-free non-toxic soaps before being shipped.
