Payment must be made before your order is processed. Payments are accepted only through Etsy or Paypal. Payment methods are all major credit cards and echecks. I do not see or store your credit card information. Your payment is secured at time of purchase and your order begins processing.


Order Processing: Orders are processed 6 days a week and shipped Monday – Friday and Saturday morning. Most items ship in one to two days. Items are shipped in the best way for that item, through the United States Post Office with tracking number provided upon shipping. Items are insured against loss or damage.

Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders: Please double check your delivery address and notify me immediately if you notice any errors. After the order has shipped the only remedy is a possible US Post Office intercept to correct shipping address errors. If your order is returned to me as undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued minus the shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is typically not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed and payment has been accepted because shipment occurs so quickly.

Refunds and Exchanges

How to Return Orders - DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Your happiness is very important to me and I will make every effort to work with you whenever there is a problem with an order.

Damage Claims: Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival. Damage claims will not be honored if reported past 7 days after delivery. Claims can only be submitted once per order. Submitting any additional claims will result in denial of the additional claim. Contact Customer Service for instructions. Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims. If there is damage to the outside packaging please photograph that as well. Photographic evidence is required by the Post Office as part of the insurance claim. It is your option to receive either a full refund or a replacement item upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damage. If you are unable to provide photographic evidence then return of merchandise will be required. Once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund. Please note this process takes approximately three weeks.
Items shipped outside of the U.S. are not eligible for refunds because that is outside of our normal scope of operations.

Lost Item Claims: Etsy and Paypal do not support refunds for lost merchandise if tracking shows the package as Delivered. However, we will assist you in investigating claims of non-delivery even if the tracking information shows that the items was delivered. We do not offer refunds for products that are listed as delivered by the USPS.

No returns or refunds are accepted for custom orders except in the case of lost or damaged items. For other purchases, returns are accepted no later than 30 days from purchase date. Please note that return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.
To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box if necessary and include a copy of the packing slip if one was provided to you. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once the merchandise has been received. If you need assistance please email Customer Service. Please note that packages that have exceeded the thirty day period will be returned C.O.D.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders: We will work with you to design your desired item and upon agreement through convod, which will require your approval and full payment before work will begin. It is very important that we are in complete agreement on your item because we cannot accept returns on custom items as they would be of no value to anyone other than you. Your happiness is very important to us and we will do everything possible to make this process and pleasant and successful one.
