We are new to Etsy. We have been selling for quite a while on Ebay and have a perfect feedback score. Our philosophy as sellers is to be a honest as possible. When items have flaws or damage we describe it in our listings, and when buyers have any problems with us we do our best to resolve them to everyones satisfaction. I am sure you would find us easy to deal with.

Payment
We prefer payment within 3 days whenever possible. If there is any problem with your payment we would request that you contact us and explain the situation.
Shipping
Shipping prices listed are estimates, and calculated to the farthest shipping zone. If the actual cost of shipping is at least $1.50 less than the amount charged we will automatically refund the excess. If we do not show that we ship to your area please contact us. I do not want to estimate prices for most international sales. If you contact us we will calculate postage for your location. We will ship to almost anywhere in the world. We do our best to ship within 2 business days. We pack our items very carefully for shipping. We have learned that careful is not always adequate for the USPS so we do go beyond careful in our packaging. If an item is damaged in shipping we will refund your money including shipping costs. Depending on the extent of the damage we might ask that the buyer return the item before we refund. If damaged beyond any point of returning we would just request a picture of the broken item. We do pack using recycled materials whenever possible. This saves money and is better for the environment.

I am going out of town starting tomorrow July 6. I'm not putting the shop on vacation, you are welcome to purchase our items or send questions. I will be back by Monday July 11 and will ship any items sold then. Thanks
Refunds and Exchanges
If a buyer is unhappy with a purchase for any reason we will attempt to resolve the situation to everyones satisfaction. Depending on the situation we may request that the buyer return the item before refunding payment.
