All products ship via USPS or via UPS depending upon which is most cost effective. In order to keep shipping prices down and make them more affordable I do not offer shipment tracking. However, it can be added by request. I attempt to assist each customer if they should have a shipping inquiry.
K Buck is not liable for lost or stolen packages. K Buck will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned to due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.
I will not be held responsible for any address corrections sent to us AFTER the order has been placed. However, I will do our best to accommodate changes.
Are you local?
Local area pickup is available. If you live in or around Philadelphia and would like to pick up your order, please make note of this when ordering. I will refund all shipping costs once item is picked up.
K Buck does not offer gift wrapping. Each item will be packaged simply, . Packages will include an invoice.
Please note delays may occur due do mail carrier service policies. These may include weekends, public holidays, mail carrier service closures, weather delays, and the like.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the object received is damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage incurred to your item.
If what you received is as described but you wish to return it, I will gladly accept all unaltered merchandise; I must receive your return within 10 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible to return it. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping.
