Polly was great to work with . She offered to make the Three Hearts in a color of my choice which was great. Very quick shipping and the final art work was even better than expected! Look forward to purchasing more in the future.

Linocut Printmaker

My shop is a result of an ever increasing number of linocuts appearing in the spare room. Like a lot of people I have an slight obsession with making.

I've been printmaking on and off for an age. Whether it be silkscreen prints, lino cuts, monoprints or collagraphs using plain old cardboard, I've always been fascinated with the medium of print and the marks that it makes on paper.

Thanks for reaching this bit of my shop. If your question isn't answered below please don't hesitate to convo me and I'll try and help.

Each image is drawn on a piece of lino, then carved using traditional cutting tools. The lino is then inked up using either water based inks or oil based inks (these are also water soluble)and printed onto archival paper.

I do not sign and number all of my prints as the colours and combinations are rarely the same. However, the few that I do are limited to editions of 50. Any signing and editioning will be referred to in the description.

I'm more than happy to personalise the print for you, or produce it in a colour of your choice, just let me know what you want me to write.

Please note, the photos of the close-up show the actual prints that are available and they arrive matted ready for framing. The photographs of the framed prints are just suggestions and do not show the actual matted size which is always mentioned in the description.

I have tried to represent the colours as truthfully to the original as possible but the colours on your monitor may differ.

Additional policies and FAQs
If you've seen an image you like but would like a different color or you want me to produce a custom order for you for any type of event let me know. I usually print up my linocuts using a water-soluble oil based ink which takes 3-4 days to dry, so any custom orders will be sent approximately 5 days after printing. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

If you're a Gallery or retailer I am more than happy to work with you - just convo me and we can talk about terms.
