PayPal, Bank Transfer, Direct Payment
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours after placed unless otherwise arranged.
The standard postage charges for UK orders vary from £1-2.5 according to the products, and it will take 2-5 working days for delivery. If you require Next Day delivery (Special Delivery), please choose from 'Shipping Upgrades'. A signature may be required for some orders over £50 to confirm receipt of delivery. We aim to deliver your order, to the delivery address requested within the time period set out above, however, we cannot give exact delivery dates and times.
Most of the orders for overseas customers will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure (Signed For/Tracked) with a level of loss/damage compensation that is commensurate with the item’s value. Also you will get a tracking number for your order.
Non-UK buyers, please make yourself aware of any duties and additional customs charges that may be levied on entry to your country as these will be your responsibility.
We take Sundays off so we don't ship that day, but will answer the emails and enquiries.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that they are in an unused condition and have all tags in place. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORISATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will receive a refund to your PayPal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds through PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
