Returns and exchange details
Returns are not accepted. Each item is made to order, and for hygienic reasons I am unable to accept returns.

Please review your customization (embroidery) requests carefully. Embroidery will be done exactly as written out by you in the note to seller box.

However, if you receive an item and I have misspelled the name due to MY error I will be happy to fix/replace your item. If the item has been embroidered exactly as the customer has indicated but the customer spelled the name wrong the customer will be responsible for all charges related to fixing the item and shipping costs to return and re-send the item.
Payment
Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Cards & Pay Pal. Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST, MB orders may be subject to GST & PST.
Shipping
PLEASE be sure your shipping addresses are correct! I will use the address on the order and am NOT responsible for shipping it to the wrong address if you have not changed it. I have no way of changing the address once it has been shipped, nor will I replace the item.

If you provide an incomplete or wrong address and the package is returned to me, I will send an invoice for the cost of postage to re-ship the package to you. I will re-send your package once it is paid and you have provided the correct address.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, fees and taxes that may be charged on delivery of their items. Please review your country's rules & regulations.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note ANY cancellations done will be refunded your total MINUS the paypal fees which I do not get refunded when you cancel.

Manitoba purchases may be subject to PST unless they are an exempt item such as a baby blanket.

FAQ:

Q: If I order multiple items from you can I have a discount?

A: Unfortunately No. I am a one person who works very hard to support her family and I do not offer multiple item discounts. I will look at a combined shipping fee when purchasing multiple items though.

Q: I need my item for a baby shower 1 week from today, can I receive it by then?

A: Likely not, unless you are located in Winnipeg, MB or are willing to pick up. My lead times are 1-2 weeks plus shipping time. I encourage you to order earlier to account for postal delays.

Q: I run a blog and would love to review one of your products. Would you be interested in sending me an item to review and then offering a product for a giveaway?

A: No thank you! I work very hard to support my family with this business and therefore do not give away products.
