If your item is needed for a special occasion that is coming up in a few days, please let me know before ordering, & I’ll do all I can to accommodate you.

Headbands Shown in Listing Photos
The headbands shown used in listing photos will not necessarily be the type of headband used on your item. I just photograph the item created as it was previously made (some as clips, some as headbands, some as brooch pins). If lace was used in the photo, it was requested. If not requested, fold over elastic will be used. Please request if you prefer lace.

Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Ordering multiple items will likely delay the shipping by a day or two. All orders ship using USPS First Class Mail (which is generally 3-5 days in the US). If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, you can purchase the upgrade in the Add-Ons section of the shop. Any additional special shipping arrangements can be made by sending me a message before placing the order.

Once your order has been picked up by the USPS, the package is no longer in my possession or control. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track the movement of your package. If your package seems to be lost in the mail, please contact the USPS directly (1-800-ASK- USPS). I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ORDERS LOST OR DELAYED BY THE POST OFFICE. I have digital records of the address printed on the package and a tracking number that proves it was turned over to the post office.

No returns..however, if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged during shipment, please contact me & we will work to find a solution. Seasonal items are not exchangeable. In the event of an exchange, I will charge you for the exchanged item, along with shipping. Then after I receive the originally purchased item back in same condition I sent it in, I will issue you a refund for the exchanged item, minus postage costs. You are responsible for shipping costs in the event of an exchange. Exchanges must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving an item, meaning the returned item must be postmarked within 3 business days of the date of delivery confirmation. Exchanges initiated for any other reason than a mistake or fault on my end will be charged a 20% restocking fee, as well as the shipping for the exchanged item.
Returns for colors not matching if I am not provided with a picture of what you are trying to match, will not be accepted.

Embellishment Substitutions
Certain accents I have used on hair pieces shown in my listing photos are vintage jewelry pieces. When the originally photographed item sells, I may not always be able to find the exact accents to use on future orders of that style. In those cases, I will substitute that embellishment with a similar one that maintains the look and feel of the original piece shown in the listing's photo. Thanks for understanding!

PayPal or Etsy's direct check-out is preferred, but if you need to use another method, just send me a message, and we'll make arrangements if possible.
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Ordering multiple items will likely delay the shipping by a day or two per item. Custom orders will ship 6-8 business days after ordered.
All orders ship using USPS First Class Mail (which is generally 4-6 business days within the US). If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, you can purchase the upgrade in the Add-Ons section of the shop. Any additional special shipping arrangements can be made by sending me a message before placing the order.

NO CANCELLATION policy.
If you have any questions about colors, turnaround time, shipping/rush, etc, please send me a message before placing an order. Once orders are placed, there will be no cancelling.

Feedback
If you have a problem or concern with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback. If you are pleased with your purchase, I'd be extremely grateful if would take a few seconds to leave positive feedback.

Colors
I do my best to photograph my items in natural light, and do not do any post-editing to change colors and appearance of a piece. However, due to differing in individual monitor & callibration settings, the color viewed on your monitor may not reflect the colors in the actual items accurately.

Custom Orders
I am thrilled to do custom designs because it expands my creativity! In order to ensure you are happy with the end product, I like to collaborate with you during the creation process and keep you updated on the progress. I'll share the progress with you by sending you a photo of the completed item. This is done in efforts to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

All Items are "Handcrafted"
As with all handcrafted items, each and every piece of mine is original, and will slightly vary in it's details. The item you receive may not look identical to the photos of the listed item you have purchased, but I do my best to create the item to look the same as the item in the photo. My handcrafted items often have a shabby chic style to them and may have frayed fabric or threads showing.

CAUTION: Some hair pieces contain small parts which can pose a choking hazard. Please do not leave small children unattended (or sleeping), while they wear their hair piece.
