Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I accept the following methods of payment:
* Credit/Debit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout
* Credit/Debit cards through Paypal.
* eChecks through Paypal. Production will not begin until your check clears.
* Etsy gift cards

Sales tax will be added to orders placed by North Carolina residents.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are accepted until 3 hours after purchase. After that time, all necessary materials to complete your order will be purchased (if needed) and production may begin.
Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: Since it's not possible to properly customize shipping before purchase, the shipping rate you see represents the maximum amount possible. All excess shipping fees paid will be refunded promptly when your package ships. If desired, I can create a custom listing for you before purchase with an exact shipping rate. Contact me with your zip code if this is your preference.

Custom items will usually be shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Ready to ship items are shipped within 3 business days. If shipping is delayed, you will be notified.

I primarily ship via USPS Priority or Parcel Select, depending on the destination and size of package. Sometimes extra large packages are shipped via UPS.

Shipping fees include:
* postage
* insurance
* packaging supplies

Although packages are insured, this insurance does not cover theft after the package has been delivered to your house. Please let me know if you would like your package to require a signature confirmation. USPS charges an additional $2.45 for this option. I can not be responsible for stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact me for an international shipping quote. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be due upon arrival. Items in my shop are custom made, and, therefore are not subjected to the new EU Consumer Rights regulations.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since most purchases are custom made with care specifically for you, it is a hardship for me to accept returns or exchanges. For special circumstances, I will consider exchanges on a case by case basis. It means a lot to me that you are happy with your purchase, so please purchase carefully. Thanks in advance for understanding!

* Please read all of the item's detailed description before purchase.
* Please ask as many questions as you'd like before purchase.
* Request a free (US Only) fabric swatch if you're unsure of the color. It is hard to consistently portray colors on different monitors. Swatches are also available to international customers for a small fee.
* Let me know if you need assistance choosing the correct size lamp shade.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of both the items and the packaging. Also, contact me if you do not receive your package by the time specified in your shipping confirmation. Your purchase has been insured, so we'll work together to obtain a refund and I'll get a replacement shade out to you ASAP.
