DISNEY CONCIERGE DOORS:
On the Disney Fantasy & Disney Dream, magnetic sheets will not stick. You can purchase adhesive-backed neodymium magnets to adhere to the back of the magnet sheets.

There are a small number of doors on these ships that have a plastic veneer or a heavy paint layer which causes magnets not to hold well. The magnets may slip or curl. You can purchase adhesive-backed neodymium magnets to adhere to the back of the magnet sheets.
CARNIVAL CUSTOMERS
We recommend you purchase 3M Command Strips (allowed by Carnival) because many Carnival ships have a non-metallic veneer on the stateroom doors.

5 out of 5 starsThese magnets are wonderful. I absolutely loved them. They are high quality and come as an actual magnet not just cardstock printed and attached to a magnet. The color is bright and beautiful and they stick really well to cabin doors. They also make great gifts for family or for me, I like to send them to my travel clients. Whatever your reason these magnets are some of the best I have purchased.

Will your magnets stick to my cabin/stateroom door?

Will I receive my order in time?
Orders ship within 3 business days of proof approval. If you are in a rush, your best bet is to choose USPS Priority ($9.50) or USPS Express ($27), depending on how quickly you need it. You can choose shipping options from the drop-down once you go to your cart. Of course, once in the hands of USPS, it is sadly out of my control.

3 medium:
2 medium + 1 medium
5 small:
4 small + 1 small
3 small + 2 small
5 medium:
2 medium + 2 medium + 1 medium

Can I pick up from you or meet you somewhere to get my magnets?
I'm so sorry but I am not able to do local pickup. I work from home and don't share my home address. My business keeps me busy 40+ hours a week so I am also not able to meet customers for pickup. Thank you so much for your understanding. I do ship quickly, within 2-5 business days of proof approval.
Can I buy a digital download of your magnet designs?
I'm sorry but I don't sell digital versions of my magnet designs.
Are your magnets fire-retardant/non-flammable?
I really don't know if the magnets are fire-retardant or not. I have sold magnets to many customers who are sailing on Carnival and have not had any reports back that there were any issues.
Can I save on shipping (US only)?
Yes, you can combine shipping by adding all items to your cart before checking out. After adding the first item, click the "keep shopping" button located just above the payment options. If you spend $35+ you get free shipping!
Why is shipping to Canada so expensive? Is there a way for me to save money on shipping?
I ship only USPS Priority to Canada and the price is accurate. Unfortunately, because of the weight of the magnets, it's the best option. If you would like to save on shipping and you are sailing from the US, you can ship to your hotel in the states. Shipping within the US is $4.50 US and orders $35+ US, ship USPS First Class for free! If you choose to ship to your hotel, be sure to check with the hotel to get their procedure for accepting guest packages. Be sure to update the shipping address before completing your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, Etsy doesn't allow me to update shipping addresses until I am creating shipping labels. My concern is that with the volume I have, I could forget to update your address. I am happy to cancel and refund your order so that you can place another order with the correct shipping address.
