For purposes of EU data protection law, I, the operator of CryptoNight Mafia (sole proprietor based in Portugal), am the data controller of your personal information within my shop on Etsy. Etsy acts as a separate data controller for data it holds about you on its platform.

1. Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal/shipping address, and the details of the product you are ordering. For EU buyers: country and VAT details if provided. I do not receive your payment information — Etsy handles all payment processing.
2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on the following lawful bases under GDPR Article 6:
Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)): To fulfill your order, provide order updates, resolve disputes, and offer customer support.
Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)): To comply with Portuguese tax law and Etsy's seller policy.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): To improve my services and communicate with you about your orders.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Only if you sign up for a newsletter or other optional communications. Fully revocable at any time.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
I share your information only as necessary:
Etsy: As needed to provide services and comply with Etsy's Terms of Use.
Service providers: I engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop:

- MailerLite (newsletter / email marketing, EU-based — Lithuania) — receives your email address and name only if you opt in to our newsletter. Privacy policy: https://www.mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Shipping carriers (USPS, DPD, CTT, etc.) — receive your shipping address to deliver your package
Business transfers: If the business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.
Compliance with laws: I may disclose your information to comply with legal process, court orders, or governmental requests.
4. Data Retention
I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services and comply with legal obligations:
Order records: 10 years (required by Portuguese tax and commercial law)
Direct messages on Etsy: Per Etsy's retention policy
Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe
5. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
Some of my service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), notably Printful (US-based) and shipping carriers used for international delivery. When transferring your data to non-EEA countries, I rely on:

7. Minors
I do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal data via the shop, contact me at privacy@cryptonightmafia.com and I will delete the data.
8. Updates to This Policy
I may update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect changes in legal requirements or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via shop announcement. The latest version is always available on the shop's policy page.

Q01: WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM? HOW FAST?
Free shipping to EU, US, UK, Japan, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Other regions (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, rest of world) pay Printful-calculated rates shown at Etsy checkout. Printful handles fulfilment from facilities in the EU, US, UK, and Australia — your order ships from whichever's closest. Q02: WHAT BLANKS DO YOU USE? ARE THEY ACTUALLY ANY GOOD?
All apparel uses premium blanks — soft, fitted tees and well-weighted hoodies, the same level used by streetwear brands you've heard of. Each Etsy listing names the exact blank used so there are no surprises. The size chart on each listing reflects the specific blank.
Q03: HOW DO I PICK MY SIZE?
Every Etsy listing has a size chart specific to that piece — with measurements in both cm and inches. We recommend picking your size based on the chart's measurements, not by your usual size from another brand. Different blanks fit differently — some run slimmer, others fit slightly oversized — so the chart is the most reliable guide. Since print-on-demand items are made specifically for each order, choosing the right size is up to the buyer. If the size you ordered arrives correctly and the print is fine, we're not able to replace or refund it for fit reasons. We recommend reviewing the chart carefully before checkout.
Q04: WHAT SIZES AND COLORS COME IN EACH DESIGN?
XS to 2XL across all designs. The majority of colors are dark tones (black, navy, dark grey) to match the void aesthetic. Some designs also come in lighter colors (white, light grey) and other colors (red, green) — the exact set depends on the design. Each Etsy listing shows the colors available for that piece.
Q05: MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED / WRONG PRINT / WRONG SIZE — WHAT NOW?
Message us via Etsy within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We arrange a free replacement directly with Printful — you keep the damaged one, no return shipping required. Same applies if the wrong design or wrong size shipped (i.e., what you got doesn't match what you ordered). Important: this doesn't cover ordering the wrong size yourself. See Q03 — size choice is the buyer's responsibility. This guarantee runs on top of Etsy Purchase Protection — Etsy itself guarantees eligible orders that don't arrive, arrive damaged, or don't match the listing. Between Etsy's coverage and our replacement guarantee, you're double-covered against anything actually going wrong on our end.
Q06: CAN I RETURN FOR A REFUND IF I JUST DON'T LIKE IT?
Print-on-demand items are made specifically for your order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Use the size chart (Q03), read the listing, look at the mockups. If it arrives damaged or defective, see Q05 for the free replacement.
Q07: ARE THESE ORIGINAL DESIGNS?
Yes. Every design is original work — concept-driven, iterated, hand-edited, intentional. No template flips. The catalogue stays small on purpose: each design gets worked, reworked, and held until it earns its place. No filler.
Q08: HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TEE/HOODIE SO THE PRINT LASTS?
Cold wash, inside out, no bleach, tumble dry low (or air dry — easier on the print). Don't iron directly over the printed area. Following these basics keeps prints sharp for years. With less careful washing, prints fade over time — still longer-lasting than most fast-fashion tees.
Q09: CUSTOM DESIGNS? BULK ORDERS? BRAND COLLABS?
For custom designs or bulk orders (25 units or more) — for a crypto project, community, event, friend group, or any large order — email b2b@cryptonightmafia.com with your idea and approximate scale, or send a DM to our socials (links in the footer). Quotes within 1-2 business days. How it works: we design the piece, produce it via Printful direct, and ship in bulk to your address — or set up per-recipient drop-shipping if needed. Project teams handle distribution to their own communities (events, giveaways, internal shops). Since these orders run outside Etsy, Etsy Purchase Protection doesn't apply — but our 30-day damage/defect replacement guarantee still does.
Q10: WHY IS THE SHOP CALLED "MAFIA"?
"Mafia" is a community name, not the literal one. The Void Gang is everyone who's been through the cycles — degens, apes, builders, holders, traders, anons, anons-with-jobs. Crypto culture has always leaned into in-group naming (paper hands, diamond hands, OGs, NPCs, frens). "Mafia" fits the lineage. The community part is the whole point.
Q11: WHAT'S "VOL 1"? WILL THERE BE VOL 2?
Vol 1 is the launch volume — 10 designs released as one cohesive drop on 2026-05-30. After that, expect a new volume each month (Vol 2, Vol 3, and so on). Some volumes will have themes; some will feature collabs with crypto projects.
