The customer service was great when USPS damaged my package and the earrings inside were broken. The seller was very understanding and helpful greeting me replacements. I would definitely recommend this shop!

I actually ordered a previous pair that USPS decided to man handle and the package was delivered smashed. The earrings inside were broken. The seller was very understanding and worked with me on getting replacements. Great customer service!!

Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
If you order a bracelet, I do need an exact wrist measurement. Use a measuring tape or string and be sure it is taut – no gaps. Please do not add extra space to compensate for a comfortable fit. I take this into consideration when making your bracelet to ensure your bracelet will fit properly! If you add more length than what the measurement indicates, you will have a bracelet that is most likely too big or too long for you.
Wrist measurements are not needed for 'slide' bangle style bracelets.
Custom and personalized orders
I welcome custom orders. Please know that if you do place a custom order, this jewelry is made specially for you! Custom orders are not returnable - they are final sales. If for some reason you want changes made to your jewelry once you receive it, I will be more than happy to do this for you, however there may be an additional fee.

Shipping times/Turnaround times
My turnaround time does change depending on how many orders I receive daily. However it usually is between 2 days and 8 days. Occasionally it will be slightly longer if I go out of town for a weekend or receive a larger number of orders than usual. If you need something rushed, please message me . . . .this is usually not a problem (depending on the piece). I try not to charge for 'rush' orders as I know how expensive weddings can be and these frivilous fees are frustrating for any bride.
Shipping times are available in every listing in my shop.
