Almost any of the wipe cases in my shop can be customized to fit your needs! This includes the trim colors and style.. if you would like to upgrade from ribbon trim to a gimp or pom trim just convo me for a custom listing! Embroidery is also available for an additional fee, you can find the embroidery add on listings under my add on section.

My passion for fabric and love of my darling nephew began my entire venture into making baby wipe cases. I have always been creative, and once sweet little baby C was born I wanted to find cute and unique baby items. Which is hard for a boy! Somehow I stumbled upon the idea of making my wipe cases and after tons of compliments on baby C's case I began making them for my Etsy shop. At that time I used my shop for my handmade Swarovski jewelry ( named CrystalCreations at that time). Now, I am mostly a full time baby boutique, but still love creating beautiful jewelry and have some of that added in as well. My shop is a little eclectic so you will find all kinds of lovelies here! I enjoy custom orders as well! I've had lots of help and encouragement from my mom and my husband during my journey. I can barely believe my dream to own my own business and create beautiful and trendy items has come true!

Welcome to Laura Lee Designs!

I make all of the items I have listed for sale in my shop. I use high quality fabrics, ribbons, buttons and beads on all my items, and each is created in a smoke free home based workshop. Creating each item in my shop is my true passion, and I hope you love your items as much as I enjoy creating them! Please keep in mind that my shop is a one woman show... from buying supplies to the small things like cutting fabric and ironing, inventory, and not to mention actually making your product.

Please read all my policies prior to purchase. By making a purchase you are agreeing to all my shop polices. Please see my shop announcement section at the top of the page for current shipping times.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Your item(s) will not ship until payment is confirmed. If you pay with PayPal with an eCheck then your items will not ship until the payment has cleared. This is usually about 3-5 business days.

Coupon codes (when applicable) MUST be applied AT CHECKOUT. I do not refund for the code if NOT ENTERED AT CHECKOUT. Coupon codes CAN NOT be used on wholesale orders or already discounted orders.

SHIPPING:
Accidents can happen during the shipping process, though it is not often. Damage during shipping is not the fault of LauraLeeDesigns108. If you are concerned about your order being damaged in transit please contact me to purchase shipping insurance for your order. Please note that just because you have have received an email and tracking information on your order, it may not actually be shipped for a couple days. I always do final inspections as I'm packing orders after the labels are printed and if I find something wrong with your order I may have to fix it before packing and shipping your order. Unfortunately I have to rely on USPS to deliver my packages and delays may happen. You will have tracking info available under your purchases tab on Etsy. Tracking does not always update at every single stop along the way, so please be patient.

Please be aware that if you purchase "Ready to Ship" item(s) with "Made to order" item(s) then the "Ready to Ship" item(s) will not ship until the entire order is completed. If you need the "ready to ship" items shipped separately please purchase those items separately.

RUSH ORDERS:
I must be notified BEFORE purchase if your order needs to be shipped asap. I cannot always ship as quickly as you may need, due to how many orders I have at the time. Please be aware that by leaving a message in the "notes" section at check out about needing your order by a certain date does not guarantee it will be shipped and arrive by this time. I try my best to get orders out by specific dates for my customers, but this is not always available. Again, this does not guarantee delivery of your order by this date. Unless rush fees are charged I can not be held responsible if items are not shipped on time. By purchasing a rush fee listing this means your order will be made within the specified time frame on the listing. I do not guarantee delivery dates, just shipping dates. Keep in mind the rush fee does not mean shipping will be faster, you may need to upgrade to priority or even priority express shipping for additional fees instead of first class. Rush fee is subject to change due to the order size.

Insurance is only added on request, at your expense. Once your order leaves my hands at the post office I assume no further liability. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please ask for the insurance!

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Please note that in the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen, I am not responsible for the loss or damage. This applies to both domestic and international shipments. This includes (but is not limited to) damage from heat. Please take caution when ordering if you live in a hot climate area. Packages may be exposed to heat for a prolonged amount of time and this may cause parts to become unattached. Insurance is recommended for all orders but is not automatically included. For extra protection, please purchase insurance! If you would like insurance, notify me prior to purchase so I can update the listing for you. Priority mail now offers $50 worth of insurance coverage included in the shipping costs when this shipping method is used.

TO ALL CUSTOMERS:
I use the USPS to keep your shipping prices low and to easily provide you with tracking info here on Etsy. The trade-off for USPS first class mail is that your package is not insured (unless purchased separately and at your request/expense only) and most times cannot be tracked once it leaves the USA for international orders. By placing an order you assume all risk and responsibility should your package be lost, damaged, stolen, or confiscated by customs. If you want to protect yourself, you need to pay extra to purchase insurance. I do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen or confiscated by customs, etc during the shipping process. Tracking is included for packages shipped within the USA and you can easily track your package under your purchases tab.

FOR INSURED PACKAGES:
In the unlikely event that your insured package is lost or damaged, please contact your local postal office with your information. You, as the buyer, are responsible for making any insurance claims for damages or lost items. Many times you have to wait 6 weeks before declaring a "lost" package. DO NOT SEND THE DAMAGED PRODUCT(S) BACK TO ME. I am not responsible for shipping costs if you do send the item(s) back. Please give your item(s) ample time to be delivered, sometimes up to 6 weeks, before trying to make a claim that your package is lost. You will also need to present the packaging and item to make a claim if your item(s) is damaged.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I print shipping labels directly off Etsy using the address you provide. Please make sure the correct address is provided at checkout. I am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address. If you would like your item(s) shipped to another address besides your Etsy one, you can change the address in the checkout process. I ONLY ship to the address provided at checkout!! This is for your protection as well as mine. If you need your order shipped to a different address than provided at checkout then the order will have to be canceled and re-ordered.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is returned because the wrong address was listed at checkout, you will be charged shipping costs again to reship your package to the correct address. I will contact you, the buyer, and let you know that your package has been declared undelivereable and been returned back to me after the initial shipping. Since shipping costs have already been paid once on your package, I will have to charge for shipping again to resend your package. Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. If your package is returned to me and left unclaimed after 30 days of my initial contact (informing you that your package has been returned) then it becomes the property of LauraLeeDesigns108. After the 30 day period, your order is no longer eligible for reimbursement or re shipment of any kind. After the 30 day period is up then I reserve the right to re-sell any unclaimed items. If not paid in the 30 day period you forfeit the rights to these items.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
There are a few things you need to know: Most of the time, once your package leaves the United States, I can no longer locate/track it. Some countries are able to track their packages, but more often than not, tracking is not available. As per United States Federal Law, I am not able to mark international packages as gifts, nor am I able to misrepresent their declared value. Please note that some countries charge fees/duties/taxes on packages imported from the USA. These fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer. If your package is returned to me due to insufficient address, because it was unclaimed or because of refusal to pay customs fees you will only be reimbursed for the price of the merchandise and not the original shipping charges if you decide not to pay for shipping the order again (to a correct address). Custom orders are NOT eligable for a refund, only reshipment after additional postage is paid. When a package is returned you have up to 30 days to claim it and then it becomes the property of LauraLeeDesigns108.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS:
I do not accept returns, unless is an error on my behalf. After all, I am human, and occasionally I will make an error. I do double check my items when made and do a final check on all my items before they ship to avoid errors. If there is an error on my behalf, I will replace your item with a replica, as soon as I receive the original item back (some items are not able to be remade, but I will work with you on a replacement design or solution). Before authorizing a return or replacing an item I will need photos sent to me via etsy messages of the item(s) you received. PHOTO PROOF MUST BE SUBMITTED. Please note that shipping costs both ways and I am not responsible for return shipping costs (unless it is my error) as well as returns that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Some instances I do pay for return shipping, if I somehow mix up your order or send the wrong item. If/when I authorize a return, I will pay for the cheapest way to send the item back to me and I will inform you how to send it back to me (what shipping method). You will only be reimbursed for shipping costs when the item(s) are received back. I will not pay the full shipping costs if you decide to use a shipping method other than to one I tell you. For instance, if I tell you to send it back first class, and you send it back priority, you will only be reimbursed for the first class shipping amount. The correct item can not be shipped until the wrong one is returned. This type of refund for shipping is ONLY applied when it is a mistake on my behalf, no other time will shipping costs ever be reimbursed/refunded.

Please convo me prior to sending any item(s) back. On the off chance a return is accepted it must be returned in its original, unused condition, and not damaged by return shipping. If the item(s) is not in the original condition or damaged/lost in shipping I am not responsible to replace it or refund for it. You must convo me with any issue you may have within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Any items that are able to be sent back need to be postmarked within 5 business days of our agreement of return. I will not offer refunds for items not postmarked within the 5 day period. If you fail to meet the postage deadline, you will have the option to pay return shipping to have the original items sent back. I do not refund shipping charges for unauthorized packages sent back.

CANCELING ORDERS: As of November 1st, 2015, I will no longer be canceling orders for ANY reason. Orders WILL NOT be canceled because you did not see my current production times. Make sure your order is correct in your cart before making your purchase. All sales are final.
Additional policies and FAQs
SHOP HOURS:
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Since my shop is my job, I try and keep normal working hours. After all, I do have a family and home to take care of. I generally do not work on shop orders on the weekends but I will be available to answer messages as well as set up custom listings. During periods of high volume sales I do work overtime and extend my shop hours to get customers orders out as quickly as possible. I do my best to answer messages as quickly as possible,typically within 24-48 hours, M-F. (Please note, due to high volume of orders, I am currently working 13-14 hours a day, each day until I can get caught back up.)

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Usually I do not charge a "custom order" fee. If you desire a particular fabric/material that I do not have and will not be able to easily use again in my shop then there will be an added custom charge to your order.

EMBROIDERING:
Please make sure you spell the name(s) or initials are in the correct order at checkout. I am not responsible for spelling errors due to your error in typing. PLEASE double and triple check the spelling! Thank you. Occasionally there may be slight puckering around the monogrammed letters, depending on the fabric. I do my best to avoid this using high quality thread, stabilizers and special needles. Lighter weight cottons are thin and sometimes this is not avoidable. If you choose a busy print to be embroidered and the embroidery does not show up very well, this is not my fault. I can not adjust the thickness of fonts, so please choose a thread color and font that will stand out on your desired fabric choice. If you do not leave a specific thread color at checkout I then reserve the right to use a thread to match the fabric and stand out best. I use my best judgement here, so if you are picky PLEASE LEAVE A THREAD COLOR! If you do not leave a font style at checkout I will use one of my choosing. All custom embroidered item sales are FINAL, so in order to make sure you love your case please leave a thread color and font. This needs to be left in the notes to seller section at checkout. I do not message you to inquire thread color.

BULK/ WHOLESALE WIPE CASES:

GENERAL INFO:
All pictures and wording in the listings found in my shop are the property of me, Laura Caldwell at LauraLeeDesigns108. Under no circumstance are my photos or listing descriptions to be used by others, unless you have my WRITTEN consent. I will report any person using my materials (photos and listing descriptions) that is not authorized to. Legal action may occur.

The actual style of the plastic travel wipe case used may vary from what is pictured due to what cases I have on hand. All cases are purchased NEW for the intent to be covered.

As a small business I reserve the right to refuse and cancel orders at any time.

Remember to always keep small parts out of the reach of children/pets, as they may potentially be a choking hazard! Always supervise children when wearing any jewelry or accessory. All wipe cases and diaper bag accessories are intended for adult use only. By submitting your payment to me at LauraLeeDesigns108,you are agreeing to this statement and cannot and will not come after me lawfully for any reason. Thank you for your purchase!

FABRICS:
Some fabrics in my shop, such as cotton duck and broadcloth prints, will have minor imperfections in the fabric. These imperfections include (but is not limited to) dark or light spots in the material, small dots or markings, small run marks, etc. These fabrics come to me this way from the manufacturer and there is nothing I can do about this. I do inspect the fabric before use but unless it is severely damaged it will be used and has to be accepted as part of the "character" of the fabric.

JEWELRY/BEADS:
Please be aware that I do not make the beads I use on my jewelry and that these beads may have some flaws in them such as flat spots, slight bleeding of colors on striped beads, paint missing around the ends of wood beads, spots on beads, etc. I try my best to inspect each bead but unless it is a major flaw the bead will be used. This is to be accepted as part of the character of the item. By making a purchase you agree to this. I do not accept returns due to flaws in beads.

FABRIC CARE:
For MOST fabrics in my shop:
For cotton, flannel, fleece and minky: Machine wash cold delicate cycle, No chlorine bleach, Tumble dry low, Remove promptly. Cotton duck and broadcloth fabrics you can wash in cold water with mild detergent such as Woolite. I am not responsible for fabric shrinkage or colors bleeding in the fabrics, no matter how this has occurred. It is recommended to wash each item (that is washable) in COLD water, with like colors. Line dry or tumble dry low heat. I am not responsible for damage done to your items after washing. Some items are spot clean only, like headbands, tutu's, pacifier clips and wipe cases.

JEWELRY CARE:
TO KEEP YOUR JEWELRY LOOKING ITS BEST, YOU SHOULD KEEP IT IN A PLASTIC BAG WHEN NOT WEARING. To prevent discoloration and fading of all finishes, AVOID DIRECT CONTACT WITH PERFUME, LOTION, HAIRSPRAY AND WATER AND DO NOT WEAR WHILE EXERCISING VIGOROUSLY. To keep your Swarovski Crystals shinning, I recommend you gently wipe them with any ammonia based cleaner, such as Windex. Avoid spraying Windex or cleaner directly onto jewelry if your piece contains any type of metals or anything other than Swarovski Crystals. Sterling Silver jewelry as well as sterling silver plated can be easily cleaned with a silver polishing cloth or silver polish. Storing in a plastic bag between wear is recommended.

Care instructions

Wipe cases are spot clean only. Other items that can be washed (burp cloths, diaper pouches, and blankets) machine wash cold, tumble dry low or line dry. Vinyl shirts/bodysuits wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low or line dry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping. If the item is a gift I will happily include a note if you would like. I ship all cases and jewelry wrapped in tissue paper. Headbands come packaged on custom headband cards and wrapped in a cellophane bag.
