They are so helpful and these come out BEAUTIFUL. Amazing work and amazing service. I was sent an example of what I asked for to be sure it was right and that I liked how it looked and when it came it was even better than expected. You can get some custom decanters cheaper elsewhere on etsy (which I almost did) but I'm so glad I didn't! It's worth the extra money for these if you want a nice set. My husband LOVES them. Thank you guys!

The monogram is exactly what I was expecting and for a personalization item shipping was fast especially considering it was a holiday weekend...this is my first crystal decanter and glass set, the decanter seems uncomfortably heavy. The glass bottoms are very heavy as well...I imagined going with crystal would've made a lighter less awkward product to pour from...it's just not as sleek as I expected...

Accepted payment methods
DecanterEngraving currently accepts payment through PayPal only, however you can use your credit card through Paypal even if you don not have a PayPal account by selecting the "Check out as a guest" option" once on the PayPal page.
Pricing shown for the listings already includes engraving on 1 location (i.e. the front of the decanters / barware). Engraving on a secondary location (i.e. on the back) will carry an extra charge.
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of proof approval from our New York City location. Contact us to confirm productions times for quantity orders over 10 items.
Standard shipping is provided via FedEx Ground service. See estimated shipping times below:
NOTE: Shipping rates indicated above are for destinations within the 48 contiguous US states. Shipping to HI, AK and APO/FPO addresses may require additional shipping fees.
USPS Priority 2-Day option is available for most our listings during checkout. Contact us for custom quote if faster / expedited shipping is needed.
International shipping is available to most countries via USPS International Priority service (4 to 8 business days). Contact us for a custom shipping quote for a particular item.
Shipping to multiple addresses (multiple recipients) is available for domestic destinations for a handling fee of $3 for each additional address.
Any damages or defects (shipping related or otherwise) need to be reported via email (to info [!at] engravesolutions.com) within 7 days of delivery. Claims initiated at a later date may not be honored. Damaged items and packaging must be kept for 10 business days from initiating a damage claim as in most cases, the shipping provider (FedEx or USPS) may request to pick up the item for inspection.
Refunds and Exchanges
• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
• Please note that most crystal products in our selection are hand crafted items. While we carefully inspect each item for any potential flaws before engraving, we cannot be responsible for minor imperfections inherent in hand crafted crystal products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and believe it is attributable to an error during our engraving process (apart from the instances listed above) please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We will try our best to resolve any issues that may come up.
**PLEASE NOTE that due to the custom nature of our engraved products we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges other than in cases of defective merchandise or engraving issues outlined above.
Additional policies and FAQs
For engraved items, a digital proof will be prepared and emailed for review/approval before production begins. Please note that proof approval is required to begin production on order with custom engraving. However, if no response / feedback is received within 7 business days, the order will be processed and shipped with discretionary approval from our in-house production team.
