Payment
Payment is expected immediately following purchase unless discussed otherwise. Jewelry will not be made or shipped until full payment is received. If payment is made by check or money order, items will not be made and shipped until payment has cleared.
Shipping
All items will be shipped 10 - 14 days (or sooner) after receiving full payment. Please contact me if you have any questions or need them rushed and I will work with you to see what I can do.

All items will ship First Class Mail or First Class International Mail. If you need something sent Priority or Express Mail, you will be responsible for the difference in shipping. Please convo me for international orders before purchasing. Thanks!
Refunds and Exchanges
Since most of my orders are based on custom orders, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item does not fit in size, I will be more then happy to adjust it for you (buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges and a $5 surcharge). If you receive an item that is damaged or you feel has been misrepresented in any way, please feel free to contact me with you concerns and I will replace or fix the item. Thanks again!
