CrystallizedDesign's Shop Policies
Thank you for shopping with Crystallized Design! We are now accepting orders on a first come basis. Our production schedule fills up quickly, so if you need your sash in less than 3 weeks, please consult our shipping policies to make sure that you can get your sash in plenty of time! When our capacity is filled for October/November, we may be closing the shop temporarily in order to keep on top of our production schedule.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD YOUR NEED BY DATE TO THE NOTES SECTION OF YOUR ORDER DURING CHECK OUT. If you do not add your need by date to this section, we will assume that you do not need your sash in less than 3 weeks.

We accept most credit cards, Etsy gift cards and Pay Pal. Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Your products will be shipped to you with First Class shipping unless you request an upgrade to Priority mail. Please let us know if you would like your items insured or with tracking.
International shipping will be sent through USPS First Class International Mail. We are not responsible for any customs costs that might be incurred through the shipping process. Please check with your nearest post office to discover what (if any) charges might be applicable for your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Replacements will be made for goods that are damaged through shipping. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your damaged items and send us a picture of the damaged items and we will ship your replacements free of charge. Otherwise, all sales are final.
