Custom and personalised orders

Most of our products can be personalized in some way. Usually you will have an option menu to select your options on our products. If there is no options menu for the variation you can leave the relevant information in the "notes to seller" box which can be found during the checkout process or you can simply send it to us in a message after placing your order. If you have any questions about personalizing your order please feel free to send us a message using Etsy's conversation tool.

When will my item ship/how long will it take to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of being received (next day delivery to UK addresses is available on request!).

Delivery times for standard shipping:

UK - 1-3 business days after dispatch
USA - 7-21 days after dispatch
Canada - 7-30 days after dispatch
Europe - 4-12 business days after dispatch
Rest of world - 7-30 days after dispatch

Priority shipping is available for purchase. If you couldn't find it during the checkout process contact us and we will be happy to set it up for you!

How do I track my order?

Unfortunately there is no tracking information on orders placed with standard shipping. This is not because we don't provide it but simply because it does not exist on the standard international shipping services that are available to us. This service allows us to offer international customers our range of unique items at low affordable shipping costs.

If you wish you can pay an additional fee to have your order sent by priority mail. This service does come with tracking information and is generally faster than the standard shipping service. It does also cost extra but if extra security and speed is what you desire then it's worth every penny.

How will my order be packaged?

All of our items are sent to you in one of our branded jewellery gift boxes which will be tied with matching ribbon.

We do not include any paper copies of invoices with orders. These can be easily accessed through your Etsy account or your order confirmation emails. We do occasionally include some marketing material in the packages.

Orders are all sent in unmarked jiffy envelopes and will have the address that you provided with your order on the front.

Address accuracy on your order.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. If an item is sent to an address which is not complete the customer is liable for the cost of any loss incurred. No refund or replacement can be issued for an item which was lost or not delivered due to being sent to an incomplete address, unless the item is returned to us by Royal Mail. We offer no guarantees that this will happen and accept no responsibility for the loss of any order which is sent to an incomplete address provided by a customer.

If you notice your address is incorrect on the order please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we can easily edit the shipping label.

Large quantity orders

Please note that we do not accept returns on large quantity orders (3 or more items) under any circumstances. In the case of an item being faulty or damaged we will exchange this in accordance with our normal exchange policy.

Shipping delays during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Please be mindful when placing your order that delivery delays due to the ongoing pandemic are very possible. We cannot accept responsibility or issue any refunds for any items which arrive late due to delays in the postal service. Please be prepared to allow additional time on top of our estimated delivery times for your order to arrive. Feel free to contact us directly for more detailed information.

Import Duty & VAT For International Customers (including EU)

Since the UK has left the EU all items sent from the UK to destinations within the EU may now be liable for import duty, VAT & possibly advancement fees. Charges and amounts can vary depending on the destination.

Usually once fees are applied to a shipment the carrier will send an invoice & payment instructions to the recipient. The payment of these fees must be made within a given timeframe. Carriers can add daily charges on top of these fees if the item remains unclaimed and fees remain unpaid for too long.

If you are unsure whether there will be any fees you can usually find this information on your local customs authority website.

Adding A Gift Message To Your Order

Please mark the checkbox to indicate the order is a gift and add the gift message in the specific "Gift Message" section during the checkout process. Any gift messages which are instead left in the "notes to seller" section will not be printed or included with the packaging.
