Custom and personalised orders

Most of our products can be personalized in some way. Usually you will have an option menu to select your options on our products. If there is no options menu for the variation you can leave the relevant information in the "notes to seller" box which can be found during the checkout process or you can simply send it to us in a message after placing your order. If you have any questions about personalizing your order please feel free to send us a message using Etsy's conversation tool.

When will my item ship/how long will it take to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of being received (next day delivery to UK addresses is available on request!).

Delivery times for standard shipping:

UK - 1-3 business days after dispatch
USA - 7-21 days after dispatch
Canada - 7-30 days after dispatch
Europe - 4-12 business days after dispatch
Rest of world - 7-30 days after dispatch

Priority shipping is available for purchase. If you couldn't find it during the checkout process contact us and we will be happy to set it up for you!

How do I track my order?

Unfortunately there is no tracking information on orders placed with standard shipping. This is not because we don't provide it but simply because it does not exist on the standard international shipping services that are available to us. This service allows us to offer international customers our range of unique personalized items at low affordable shipping costs.

If you wish you can pay an additional fee to have your order sent by priority mail. This service does come with tracking information and is generally faster than the standard shipping service. It does also cost extra but if extra security and speed is what you desire then it's worth every penny.

How will my order be packaged?

All of our items are sent to you in one of our luxury branded jewellery gift boxes. Coloured ribbon is available as an optional extra at an additional cost of $0.70 (see link below). No receipts or paperwork of any kind are included in the packaging though we do occasionally include some marketing material in the packages.

Orders are all sent in unmarked jiffy envelopes and will have the address that you provided with your order on the front.

Address accuracy on your order.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. If an item is sent to an address which is not complete the customer is liable for the cost of any loss incurred. No refund or replacement can be issued for an item which was lost or not delivered due to being sent to an incomplete address, unless the item is returned to us by Royal Mail. We offer no guarantees that this will happen and accept no responsibility for the loss of any order which is sent to an incomplete address provided by a customer.

If you notice your address is incorrect on the order please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we can easily edit the shipping label.

Returning rings

Our rings are handmade to the size specified when ordering. Because they are made from scratch and to a very specific size they are considered to be a custom item and are not covered by our normal return/exchange policy with the only exception being if there is some fault or defect with the item itself. Please check you have the correct ring size before ordering as once the item is made and shipped it can not simply be exchanged for a different size. Any requests for exchanges with sizing being the reason will be be subject to additional costs intended to cover the price of the materials and the time taken to produce the item.
