3 out of 5 starsThe print was fuzzy, I've got 2 other mugs with really small fonts, not fuzzy no issues reading them, but this is not really usable because the lack of sharpness is just too much.

Hi Bill, Thank you for making your issue known. I really appreciate the comparison. If you’re used to small-font designs and this one still appears fuzzy in comparison, then that definitely suggests a production issue, and I’m very sorry for that. That’s not the level of sharpness I expect for this design, and I’ll be reviewing this with my print provider. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed or if there’s anything you need from my end — I’m happy to help.

2 out of 5 starsThe seller was great to work with and in communication with me. It shipped quickly and safely. However, I cannot read any of the faint writing on this black mug. Not even with a magnifying glass!

That’s not the experience we want for our customers. I’m reviewing this design to ensure better readability moving forward, including whether it should be removed altogether.
