Now it is possible to give a custom look to your cat slippers - all I need is your kittie's picture cathamsterwolf
I pack all my slippers in decorative cotton bags sewn by myself. They are added without any additional fee :)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any doubts or any questions, please feel free to contact me, and I will do my best to get the situation resolved.
If for any reason you want to change or return your items, you have to contact me within 3 daysfrom delivery and item must be shipped back to me within 6 days from receipt. I accept the return only for items that have NOT been worn.
Shipping costs are charged to the buyer.
You will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) only after I received back the goods intact. The goods you send back MUST be packaged to avoid damage.

I DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS OF CUSTOM ORDERS MADE FOR PERSONALIZED MEASURMENTS.

Shipping
All the items I ship worldwide from Italy by Priority registered mail.
I use the Etsy address as the shipping address.

The ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-3 working days when the payment is cleared. For made to order items, it would take 2-3 weeks until dispatch, or as agreed with the buyer. Let me know if you are expecting your purchase for special occasion.

The items will be shipped to registered address on Etsy. If you want use a different address, please leave a message when checking out. Please make sure that your address is up-to-date and correct!


The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times with Italian Post:
Canada: 2 weeks
Japan: 2-3 weeks
North America: 2 weeks
Europe: 1 week
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks

Europe 48-72h

When you choose UPS shipment you have to send me your cellular phone number for Courier service.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If you are in a rush with purchase, add upgraded shipping- your order will be shipped via UPS courier service and will be delivered in 2-5 working days. Please write your telephone number and courier will contact you to arrange time of delivery.

Unfortunately parcels can disappear in the mail system. I always use registered mail to ensure your parcel will arrive. If your parcel is lost please contact me, and I will try to help to find it. However, I am not responsible for lost packages.

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to me are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer. I will only resend a returned parcel once.
Overseas buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes . I am in no way responsible for these duties or taxes, and they shall be covered solely by the buyer as it is the buyer's local tax authorities that is charging them.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Additional policies and FAQs
All pieces are crafted by hand, so all items are unique. Please allow for variances from what is shown in the made to order photos. Colors you see on your monitor are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your monitor, so I cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor display the colors in the right way.

Custom and personalized orders

If there is anything you see in my "sold" section of my store that you would want to buy, the chances are i can probably make it for you. Or if you seen something you like and want it in a different colour then either contact me through Etsy or my email.
I love custom orders! For other colors, quantities and sizes please contact me.
Custom orders can take longer than standard orders, contact me for price and time range details.

Please leave feedback when you receive your item, then I know that the parcel reached the destination, and I can stop worrying about it.
Feedback is a is highly appreciated, but if you do not want to leave for any reason, please feel free to send me your opinion.

Wrapping and packaging:
All slippers are packed in handsewed by me cotton bags.
I will wrap your purchased item as a gift if needed. Please contact me for details.

Care instructions
Care instructions for felt:
Felted wool slippers and shoes, as well as other natural wool does not require washing. Wool naturally repels dirt, it is usually sufficient to air felted footwear for odors to disappear.
If necessary, wash clogs by hand or in a washing machine on wool or hand-washing mode, use detergent for wool. The clogs should be washed and rinsed in warm water of the same temperature, as felted things shrink because of temperature variations.
For several minutes leave upright to dry on absorbent surface (such as a dry towel) to get rid of water excess. Reshape by hand or (or put on and shape on foot) while damp and leave it to dry, upright also.
