Unbelievable service! Within minutes of placing the order for a present (a smidge closer to Christmas than planned) Stacy messaged me and explained it might not make it to me in time for Christmas, she also said it wouldn’t be a problem if I wanted to cancel the order. I was so pleased with her honesty and being upfront about it. I kept the order anyway and she kept me in the loop with getting it posted! Stacy managed to get it posted to me and it arrived just a couple of days later with plenty time to get it wrapped! The frame and image itself are such good quality. Will most likely be buying from here again for gifts or even myself!
