Jag är barnet som ALLTID såg något i molnen; ett ansikte, ett djur, faktiskt, det gör jag fortfarande! Detsamma gäller för trä, stenar, etc. Jag tittar på det och jag kan föreställa mig anden inuti.
Jag har alltid älskat allt som har med antikt, vintage, konstigt och makabert att göra. På helgerna kommer jag och min dotter oundvikligen att umgås tillsammans på secondhandbutiker, loppmarknader och dödsboauktioner. Tyvärr leder detta till att jag blir en packråtta, jag står inte ut med att slänga saker som så småningom hamnar på en soptipp någonstans.
År 2019 upplevde jag en förödande förlust; jag behövde ett utlopp och började skapa konst genom att kombinera min kärlek till dessa föremål med min kreativa vision att se anden inom mig som dör för att återfödas likt en fågel Fenix som reser sig ur askan. Det var då CuddleFire Designs föddes.
Innanför min virtuella butiks väggar hittar du de där skapelserna och ibland föremålen som är ofullkomligt perfekta precis som de hittas. De finns alla här och väntar tålmodigt på sitt för alltid hem hos dig.
I'm the kid that ALWAYS saw something in the clouds; a face, an animal, in fact, I still do! Same is true with wood, rocks, etc. I look at it and I can envision the spirit within.
I’ve always had a love of all things antique, vintage, weird and the macabre. Weekends will inevitably find my daughter and I spending time together at thrift stores, yard sales, and estate sales. Unfortunately, this results in being a pack rat, I can't stand to discard items that will eventually end up in a landfill somewhere.
In 2019 I experienced a devastating loss; I needed an outlet and began to create art combining my love of these items and my creative vision to see the spirit within that is dying to be reborn like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. That’s when CuddleFire Designs was born.
Within the virtual walls of my shop you will find those creations and sometimes items that are imperfectly perfect as they’re found. They’re all here waiting patiently for their forever home with you.
