I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful piece of art for my home! It is the focal point of my dining area, and it brings me a ray of sunshine every morning! The fibers are so lush, colorful, soft, and luxurious. I was looking at weavings that were 3x this price, and I'm so glad I found this gorgeous gem from Becca. The shipping was so speedy, and it came with a sweet extra gift! Plus it hangs easily from a Command Hook (not too heavy). Couldn't recommend more!

Welcome to Cul-de-sac Cool!

Hello! I'm Becca and I'm the creative soul behind Cul-de-sac Cool. I will find any kind of creative project to do instead of clean my house. I'm a mother of three boys and married to my college sweetheart. There is a lot of testosterone in my household, so weaving and playing with fiber is my great escape.

Through the crazy pandemic, I started following fiber artists on Instagram and fell in love with the art. I decided I wanted to try my hand at it, so I started making my Fiber Art Signs. I got great feedback and sold several, which made me realize I needed to take it a step further. Instead of investing in a loom to practice weaving, I decided to make my own loom. I made it out of a baking cooling rack :). It worked great and I was able to practice on some smaller weavings, however cookie baking got sidelined.

The next step in my fiber addiction was the purchase of my large loom. I bought it off of Etsy and have been weaving ever since. I hope you all like what you see in my shop.
