It's a little effervescent, and I make a glass every day now. I just pull the grains out of one jar into another, add milk again, and 24 hours later I have new kefir. (The seller does say the grains need to settle for a bit and this was true for me - the first rounds I made were not drikable, I just kept making kefir until they became happy and producing something tasty- took a week or so)

We received a generous helping of kefir grains that were shipped promptly and arrived quickly. We introduced them to our local raw milk the day they arrived and it was only a matter of a couple days before we had our first batch. It's great to be making raw-milk kefir again.

It took five days to send, but once it was sent, I received it in three days. That was 2,000 miles. It came triple baged in ziplock bags. No leaks. Best of all I had kefir the next day(24hrs). I'm on the eighth day now and increasing milk everyday because the grains are lively and growing. Very good grains from raw milk. Thanks Laura
