    ***MOVED to CULTIVATEDDREAMS.COM ***

Cultivated Dreams & Designs was started due to my need of a creative outlet, away from electronic devices and the same daily routine. Growing up, illustrating was the love of my life... I'd draw for hours each day. My hope was that I would always have a creative outlet. Into my adult years, I realized that it would also need to provide more than that. I started dabbling into other creative areas, hoping to find something that would also allow me to provide more for my family, while giving me some control over life itself, and the ability to reconnect with myself. This is how Cultivated Dreams was born.

My goal with my little shop is to give people what you just can't find in stores - wearable, real, raw art. I've been able to combine my own illustrative style with my jewelry designs.

I have been creating jewelry for nearly a decade now, and I love being able to do what I enjoy - all while making someone else happy in the process. I don't consider myself a "professional" in the jewelry making sense - only because I feel as though a true artist is one that creates with their heart and their soul. I don't think it is always necessarily based on what your skill levels are... And artists should only build each other up, not constantly compete. In a world where there is nothing but constant competition for your survival, and so much negativity, this is where we should be able to come together and remember what being human is about. I do everything myself, including the rough sketches of thousands of designs, creating the jewelry, photographing, creating the listings, packaging & shipping orders, and even now, cutting my own stones in my home studio.

Creating wearable art isn't my only job - I started working at the local humane society as an Adoption Counselor in early 2016 and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in late 2018. It is literally my life! When I'm not at work or creating jewelry, I'm spending time with my three kiddos and supportive husband.

Featured in the March 2015 issue of BeadStyle Magazine, and the Fall 2015 & Spring 2016 issue of The Bohemian Collective Magazine.

Hi! I'm Cynthia. I am the sole operator of CultivatedDreams. Creating wearable art is only one of my jobs - the other is saving animals! The latter is literally my life, but creating unique jewelry is another passion of mine!

    • Lune

      Quality Inspection

Lune is the newest addition to our team. He is naturally inquisitive and loves to poke around what ever I am working on to make sure his high standards are met!

    • Baron

      Assistant

Baron makes sure I take necessary breaks and certainly doesn't let me forget about the coffee....

    • Abner

      Customer Service

Honestly, I don't know how Abner got into customer service. He's the office grump.

    • Chai

      Overseer

Chai leads the team as both the oldest and the Queen of the castle. Naturally, she gets the most cat naps and the least amount of work.

    • Shiva

      Fun Coordinator

If you aren't having fun while working, you know, sneaking in a little bit of fetch and stuff, Shiva will use her passive aggressive attitude by snoring very loudly at your feet.

I WILL reserve an item in my shop for you, for a reasonable amount of time. For this type of reservation, I will split the listing into partial payment listings that we can both agree on. ****** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO COVID-19 ******
I ship my items First Class International through USPS. Unfortunately, tracking only works until the package reaches the U.S. borders (Except for packages sent to Canada). Items shipped internationally will be insured.

Customs charges & other similar fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. This can cause a delay in shipping if your country's customs decides to hold the item.

    Custom orders:
You may contact me through Etsy conversation for custom orders. I check them daily :)
This is how a custom order works from me:
    1. I take the time to discuss with customers what they are looking for and give options for them to choose from.
    2. The customer makes the final decision on the design, and I give a processing time and price.
    3. 100% Payment must be made before the order begins processing.
    4. I order the supplies needed, create your order, and send it your way!

Due to the nature of custom orders, they can not be refunded. The reason for this is that it would be money from my own pocket lost from the supplies that were already specifically ordered for the custom order, if I were to refund.
