Shop owner tried to be helpful and I was appreciative of the offering for free shipping on a follow up order however, the wheat stems were an extreme underestimate of what I was looking for. Before purchasing them, I contacted many Etsy shop owners to shop around for the best price and ask several questions to gauge how many bundles I would need for my wedding centerpieces. I was promised that the wheat bundles I was ordering would fill 8 standard size mason jars and when they arrived they sparsely filled 4, not even half! I was very disappointed. Communication was present but also very drawn out between responses. The issue was not really resolved. I was able to order more as I mentioned with free shipping but had to pay almost double of what other shops had quoted me for the same amount. Felt very misleading and tricked.

This message was sent from buyer after I offered a full refund or free shipping: Julie: I was just using the photo as an example but it is just a handheld bouquet while I'm planning to use mason jars which have a much wider opening to fill. I can take a picture of the stems you sent me in the mason jars now that I've arranged them but as I said, they don't even fill four jars all the way. I think I could use them to fill 8 jars once I combine them with the babies breath but certainly not the full 15 jars I need. :( Sorry to be a pain but I did get quotes from a handful of shops and I chose yours thinking that it was the most affordable option but that was going off of your estimate. I feel like I need three if not four more bundles to create the look I want.

They were perfect! Sadly I forgot to take a photo when they arrived. I filled them with cotton balls (yes... I am aware of the irony) and wrapped the actual stems to wire. They turned out beautifully!

Refunds and Exchanges
We do our best to make each customer happy. If we have failed you in some fashion please let us first say we are very sorry. We always strive to provide you with quality products delivered on time, every time.

If we have not met your expectations for any purchase, please contact us so that we may have the opportunity to fix it. Leaving negative feedback before allowing us to make it right only hurts our business. We will do our best to provide you a solution that will restore your confidence in our company.

Refunds are gladly given if you are unhappy with any of your purchases, but we do require that the buyer pay for return shipping and the item must be returned in its original condition before a refund can be processed. You have 3 days from the day you receive the item to let us know that you will be returning the item for a refund. At that time we will provide you with return instructions.


Damages will be reshipped as soon as the damaged items have been returned. You will not be responsible for the return shipping charges.
**If you receive your item, and the exterior of the package looks damaged, I do ask that you take photographs of the damage and contact me as soon as possible.
