Everything that I bake and create is made from natural ingredients .

Baking is truly a passion and love of mine so please do not expect any less going into the goodies you purchase from me.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. It is safe, secure, and easy to use. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can still use it to make your purchase without worry.
When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal", which will also take you to the credit card processor. Then click on "Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit card”.....That simple, I promise.

You can also pay using am e-check through PayPal, it can take 3-4 business days to clear. Creating and shipping your order will not begin until it has cleared.

I do except money orders under special circumstances. Items will be created and shipped once payment is received.

If payment has not been recieved or special arrangements have not been made within 36 hours of purchase, I do reserve the right to contact you to cancel the order.

If a reserved listing is created for you, I reserve the right to contact you and cancel the order if payment is not received within 3 business days.
Shipping
All of my product is securely packaged food safe cellophane bags and tied off to prevent any interaction with other products. Your order then is packaged in a USPS Priority shipping box.

I ship everything USPS Priority mail, which generally takes 2-5 days. If you would like insurance or a confirmation with your shipping, please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I can add that into the shipping costs.

I ship anywhere in the United States! So that means, next door, across town, or across the country. I want everyone to be able to enjoy my creations, but alas food just doesn't keep that well and shipping around the world does take awhile. Hopefully soon I will figure this out.

I usually ship everything within 3 days of purchase. I do not however, ship out on Saturday, Sunday or Monday; I do have another job as well, So, if you happen to purchase on Saturday, I will not send them out until Thursday.

If you need your order by a certain date please contact me so we can figure it all out, I am very happy to accommodate.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my goods are perishable and for sanitary and health reasons, I do not accept returns. So, please make sure the item you are ordering is the correct item, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

I will, however, accept a return if for some reason I send you the incorrect item or it is damaged by my lack of proper packaging. I am not responsible for USPS damage. All I need is a picture of the product to show me that it indeed got damaged or it is the incorrect piece.

If the item gets lost in the mail, which sadly happens, I will gladly ship out another item that is similar to the lost piece OR refund you 75% of the cost of the item (shipping not included).

And of course…there are always exceptions to every rule so please contact me and we will work something out, I want you to be happy.
