Frequently asked questions
How will I receive my digital item?
These are all digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Once you make a purchase, Etsy will send you an email with the link to download your files.
You can also go to your profile and look under "Purchases and Reviews". You will be able to download your files from there anytime.
You won't be able to download the files in the Etsy app. You'll need to be on a browser.
What do I need in order to use the digital planner or stickers?
You will need to have a:
Tablet (ex. iPad)
Stylus (ex. Apple Pencil)
PDF annotation app (GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, XODO)
These items are not included with your purchase. I personally use an iPad, Apple Pencil, and GoodNotes.
How do I open the files?
PDF - You can upload and open your .pdf file in your PDF annotation app.
GOODNOTES.ZIP - GoodNotes files need to be opened directly in GoodNotes.
ZIP - Zip files need to be uncompressed or extracted to access the individual files within the folder
