Frequently asked questions

Will my order have a tracking number?

Depending on the final weight of your order (item + packaging), your purchase may or may not include a tracking number. If you wish to have a tracking number for your parcel, please purchase a tracking number via link on my main page or send me a message.

Will my parcel be sent via Economy or Priority shipping?

Heavier parcels (over 2kg) will be send via Priority shipping automatically and this includes a tracking number and insurance against loss or damages.

Lighter parcels (under 2kg) are sent Priority, Swiss post does not offer Economy shipping on lighter parcels. This does not include a tracking number. Please purchase a tracking number if you would like one.

Is there a guarantee on loss or damage after my order is sent?

If a tracking number has not been purchased, I cannot offer any guarantees on parcels that are lost. Parcels sent without a tracking number are sent at the buyers risk.

Who pays for the import fee that is added once the parcel enters my country?

You, the buyer, are responsible for any Custom fees or Import duties that your country may charge.

Can you send me my order via FedEx or UPS, etc.?

As a small business, I rely on Swiss Post and your country's local postal company. I am unable to send parcels via FedEx, UPS, etc.

I don't see my country listed in the shipping options?

Please send me a message if you don't see your country in the shipping options.

Why does my item seem a slightly different colour than what I see on my screen?

Please note that I use strong lighting to help highlight the maximum amount of detail of each piece. As each piece is bathed in such strong lighting conditions, the on-screen effect will possibly make the item appear lighter in colour and tone. Your piece may look slightly darker in more natural lighting conditions.
Please also account for the fact that our screens are naturally set to different "Brightness" settings.

Is my parcel sent via A-Post or B-Post in Switzerland?

Parcel sent within Switzerland are automatically sent via B-Post. If you require A-post, please send me a message.

Can I combine items for a better shipping price?

Yes, in most cases, shipping items together can save on the shipping price. I will calculate the most economical price to get your items to you.
