Payment
I accept PayPal, major credit cards and Etsy gift cards. Shipping will be occur as soon as possible, or within 3 business days on most items (with exceptions of weekends and holidays). Custom orders will be given a time frame at purchase, depending on the item. If you do not receive your item in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me.

I am happy to ship within the U.S. and International. For International rates, contact me your info for specific mailing rates. I would be happy to combine shipping for multiple items. Insurance can be added for additional funds. I generally ship by USPS. Items lost during shipping are out of my control. If your order is time sensitive - for a special occasion or birthday - contact me first so that we can make arrangements.
Shipping
UNITED STATES
Unless you request and purchase otherwise with prior agreement, US orders will be shipped via USPS. Typical delivery time within the U.S. is 2-10 business days. If your order is urgent, please contact me before purchasing.

I do my best to pack and ship securely, but can not be responsible for the shipping company's handling of the package once it is in their care. If you have an issue, please contact me as soon as possible, so we can work with the shipper together to resolve any issue.

***Please allow up to 4 weeks for the worst-case domestic scenario before considering a package lost.

INTERNATIONAL
I’m happy to ship internationally from the U.S. Although most packages arrive without incident, there are many factors beyond my control once your item is sent. I do insure most international packages (some countries have restrictions, however). Please read the following:

Unless you request otherwise, international orders are shipped USPS First Class International. Although typical delivery time outside the US is 10-14 business days, it can take up to 4-6 weeks for a package to get through customs. There is no tracking provided with International First Class. If your order is urgent and/or needs tracking, please contact me before ordering. Additional shipping fees will apply.

***U.S. Law prohibits me from marking a customs form as a ‘gift’. Your package will be marked ‘merchandise’ or ‘other’ and the full retail value will be declared (minus shipping).Items ship within three days of cleared payment as a rule, (but I usually mail as soon as possible).
***Please allow 45 days for the worst-case scenario before considering a package lost. Refunds cannot be given prior to that time due to insurance restrictions.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do accept returns with prior agreement within 7 days of receipt. I offer a refund for the item returned in the original condition. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are not happy with your item, please contact me immediately. I love happy, returning customers and do all I can to package and ship your item(s) with great care.
