I'm always open for custom orders and in fact, that's what I like to do most! Custom orders allow you to have a fully personalized experience and handcrafted piece. For each order, you can choose your own skulls and I will also submit you ideas, concepts or sketches with which you can get an idea of how your piece will look like. I also purchase special supplies and always go the extra step to make you something unique and special that matches perfectly your idea, project or theme. • Animal bones, skulls, antlers and taxidermy items are subject to very specific rules and legal requirements depending on where you live.
• The buyer is responsible to know their state/country/regional laws. You must research information and know beforehand if you need a permit/import licence and if you're legally allowed to import a product.
• Importing taxidermy affects the delivery times, custom inspections, and taxes of import.
• All further expenses incurred as a result of a returned item due to any of the reason above and/or lack of import permit are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
• IMPORTANT: the seller reserves the right to cancel an order if it does not comply with Austrian, European, or recipient country law.

All parcels returned to sender are subject to a €20 fee and are investigated:
a) if the recipient is at fault, the fee must be paid by the recipient
b) The seller will cover the charge if a third party is at fault

1) The customer wants a new delivery

a) Full shipping fees + return fees have to be paid by the recipient
b) Depending on the situation & investigation, the seller might cover partially the shipping fee & return fee

2) The customer doesn't want a new delivery
a) Refund of the product minus original shipping fees, minus return fee, minus any damage and additional costs resulting from the situation
b) Refund of the product minus original shipping fees

• Damaged, broken, missing item will be subject to further investigation.

• Any purchase implies that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
• Know your law when importing taxidermy or ask me before buying!
• Each piece is cleaned thoroughly before being decorated or sold. Please keep in mind that these are real skulls and come with their own unique blemishes and some little organic residues might persist.
• Colors may vary depending on your screen adjustment.
• Skull bones might be reinforced with transparent glue if needed
• If you order a stand, be mindful not to force it when fixing it to the skull
• Gift wrap for jackalope and bigger products will be gray thicker paper to ensure protection
• Gift wrap can't be refunded

All animal products are ethically sourced. This means no animal was killed for profit. They either died from natural captive deaths, natural wild deaths, sustainably farmed, by-product of culling or animals involved in road traffic accidents.

• Each piece is carefully packed and padded to ensure it arrives without damage
• Parcel will be provided with a tracking number
• Investigation can be opened after 45 days without information on the tracking
• The packing price covers the shipping costs to your destination and includes partially the packing material, filling, etc. (see reviews to read about how my pieces never arrive broken :) )
• We try to use recycled material for our packages and re-use as much as possible.
• Small items are sent in a padded envelop without tracking to offer a better price but please note you will always have a tracked option at the checkout!
• Gift wrapping damaged during transit, delivery or opening can't be refunded

No return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Colors may vary according to your screen adjustment. Stones are irregular and not always looking the exact same from a model to another.

Seller has the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order

If something is wrong upon reception, your first step should always be to take pictures and reach out to me to explain what's happening. I'll always do my best to help you out!

• During Christmastime, processing time + shipping will be accurately updated but will be longer than usual due to holidays.
• Last "physical" orders will be shipped on December 20th. Digital gift cards will still be available.
• No delivery guarantee before Christmas from December onwards for overseas customers
• No delivery guarantee before Christmas from December 10th onwards for European customers.
• Delays due to shipping, carriers, Customs and any third party are in any case NOT the responsibility of the Seller. Orders are always shipped on time and NO refund/replacement/cancellation will be accepted due to delays from the aforementioned reasons.
• Once a parcel is shipped, we have NO further information/control about it's delivery
