Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Shipping takes place Monday through Friday ONLY.
Any orders received over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped within 3 business days. Weekday orders will be shipped within 4 days after order on the appropriate work weekday.
Care instructions
- This is NOT fine Jewelry, please do not expect that it will ware like fine Jewelry does.
- Clean with a soft cloth, do not submerge in water.
- If you are hard on your jewelry, it will break.
- Do NOT leave this jewelry in jewelry cleaner for any length of time, it will wear off the rhodium coating and cause it to dull.
- In warm weather it is not uncommon that it will tarnish.
- If it tarnishes, use a little silver cleaner on it with a soft cloth and it would sparkle and shine.

Custom and personalized orders
On occasion I do run out of some charms, I try to make every effort to keep my listings up to date. I reserve the right to substitute a charm when ordered if it is out of stock with a similar charm in order to not delay shipping.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only processed once merchandise is returned to me. If I do not receive your merchandise back within 14 days of receipt, you will not receive a refund. Returns are at the Customers Expense and must be postmarked within 5 days from the original date of delivery.
Shipping During the Pandemic
As with all my orders, they usually go out between 1 and 4 BUSINESS Days after order. However, because of delays in our USPS system, your item may take longer to arrive than under normal conditions. Please be patient and understand that as a shop owner, this is out of our control.
Refunds For Items Not Received.
Requests for Refunds for Items that are said possibly not received will be on a case by case basis.
A few common issues & outcomes:
1. If the address you put into your order is incorrect, there will be no refund.
2. If the tracking states the item was delivered, but you say it was not, there will be no refund, unless the following procedure is followed:
A. You make an inquiry with your local post office as to where your
package is. You can do so online at USPS.
B. Send me a copy of the outcome of the USPS Inquiry.
3. It is not my responsibility to track your package, you receive an email once it goes into the mail. I have no authority to question your local PO. Only you can do that.
Exchanges
If your item breaks within 7 days of receiving it, please contact me to discuss a replacement. I will replace your broken item once it is returned to me. Shipping back is at customers expense.
