Shipping

I always try to post out all orders by via Royal Mail which includes Airmail for international buyers and I obtain proof of purchase for every item for my records.

Items will be sent out within 48hrs (except weekends)

I am happy to upgrade the postage to recorded/tracked and once revised postage price is confirmed and you agree I will sent it recoreded/tracked.

Please note that items shipped outside of the UK will take longer than usual so please allow extra time for the item to arrive.

Unfortunately I am unable to take responsibility for items that go missing as I retain proof of postage to show item has been sent but will do what I can to help if this does occur.

Breakable items are well packed but as my items for sale are usually one off's that I have found on my travels then, if damaged in transit, cannot be easily replaced but will do my best to do so. If damaged then photographic evidence will be required before a full refund is given or if only part of the items are broken then partial refund is given.

All postage is priced according to size and weight and I have tried to list the postage costs as accurately as possible. As Royal Mail postage charges vary from what it says online to what it costs when I actually post the item then any huge differences will be refunded.

I ship most days but please allow a little extra if there are any holidays or extreme weather conditions and the Post Office is shut.

Any orders placed for Christmas and are being sent to the likes of USA/Canada or Australia will need to be paid for before the 5th December as this is the Royal Mail cut off date to get them to you before Christmas.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will try to list my items as accurately as possible but if you feel that it is not correct then I will give a full refund once item has been returned to me in the condition that it was sent. Please be advised that the cost of returning the item to me is to be paid for by the purchaser.
