Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Unfortunate things can sometimes happen, therefore; If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please send us a message and we will work as fast as possible to fix it for you!

We do not accept returns for peeled tokens our templates. We are more than willing to work with you to resolve any issues you may have.
Payment
We currently take debit, credit, or PayPal, tax is included in the price listed.
Shipping
We ship primarily through USPS, with included insurance in the shipping price. Once we have created a shipping label, we will send you the appropriate tracking information so that you can watch your purchase make it to your doorway! Send us a message with your purchase if you would like to get a rush delivery, or need it in a certain time period (at extra cost). The bulk of our orders are shipped in the United States, but we DO accept most international shipping requests.

Our shipping costs do NOT include any customs taxes required by international countries outside of the US. Please plan accordingly when purchasing. We will always do our best to help find lost packages however, each country is different, once the package leaves the US, we have little ability to track down a package, it is the buyers responsibility to to investigate and find their package.

Please be aware, all products are produced and packaged in an office with 3 long haired cats. Their hair/dander may be present in your package. If you have Cat allergies please prepare accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Frequently asked questions
What is this extra stuff stuck on my tokens/templates?

We ship all of our acrylic items with the protective backing on to keep your product protected during shipment. This also gives you the option to customize your product in any color you desire. Just peel the backing off with your fingernail or toothpick, no need to worry as it won't scratch the acrylic! (Please note that we pre-peel our tokens, our templates come completely covered with their protective backings)

The protective backing won't come off of my acrylic tokens/templates, help!

Generally, your fingernails should do the trick... but if you are having trouble take a toothpick or tweezers and peel away. If you are still having trouble try soaking the tokens in water to soften the backing, and then peel. No need to worry about scratching your acrylic, just don't use anything metal!

How do I custom paint my acrylic templates?

We ship all of our templates with their masking tape on so that you can paint them easily with minimal clean up. We recommenced using oil based or acrylic based paints. Just peel the backing away afterwards. If any clean up is needed you can use a toothpick to scratch the excess paint off.
