My name is Michelle. I am a proud Afrolatina, trilingual, curly hair from Oakland, California. Painting started as a part time hobby, that evolved into a passion project. Like writing, painting is my creative outlet, and I love my art.
My art is community inspired. I paint my community, woman who look like me, or my mom; grandmother, aunties, cousins, friends, mentors. Woman who surround me with positivity, love and creativity.
