While my bracelets are adjustable if you would like an extra large or extra small one contact me or add a note in the note to the seller section and I'll make it happen.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic many parts of the world are experiencing significant shipping delays. I have no control over this and do not offer refunds for packages delayed by the post office. If your package is lost in transit over 4 weeks for domestic customers of 2 months for international customers I’ll replace it for free.

Yes absolutely, but it can leave slight scuffs or marks from the double stamping especially on the back side, by requesting double stamping you are agreeing you’re okay with this. This also applies to personalizations on products like bracelets and necklaces that require the personalization to be on the back.

Due to my autoimmune conditions and treatments required for it, I currently can NOT rush orders any more than the processing times listed on Etsy. Please do not order if my stated processing times do not work for you. I fulfill all orders within the times stated in my Etsy but do not offer refunds or cancelations because I can't rush your order.
