Frequently asked questions
How long is your Production Time?
Each item is handmade. Look to see if the item you are viewing is made to order or ready to ship. You can easily find this in the overview section, which is near where you add an item to the cart.
Next, view the shipping profile of the item. Under the photos, click shipping & policies. This will state my lead time on how long it takes for me to ship the item. Then add a few days for delivery.
As always, you can message me if you don't know your ship date.
Does the item come ready to hang?
Yes, your item will come ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger on the back. Unless you are ordering a letter with a base. The only other item that does not, are the stars. On that item you have the choice whether I install the hanger, or you can, to decide the direction you would like your boards.
How much is it for { insert name here } ?
Please add the number of letters in your cart to see your exact total with shipping. This is the quickest and most accurate way for you to get your total.
Sizing details
I only make 10, 12, 18 inch tall letters at this time.
Hearts I make 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 inch tall.
