Congratulations on purchasing your brand new item from our Small American Family Company, we hope you enjoy it. We make sure to describe everything as clear and precise as possible and ship as fast as possible for you.
Please read all to understand our policies and if you like to return your item please strictly follow return instructions to prevent problems. Everything written here can also be found in our company policies and before you make a purchase you can also read and understand and get familiar with policies clearly explained.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
All license plates are standard size(no other size available) and brand new, inspected and put in a shrink wrap. If license plate doesn't fit your bracket it's because you used non standard size bracket, this is not our fault. Please do not over tighten the screws while installing license plates, as you will damage the product and vinyl, this voids the warranty. To settle vinyl avoid washing your car for couple weeks, avoid power washes, strong chemicals scrubbing with cloth or brushes as it may catch vinyl and damage the vinyl, we cannot offer any type of warranty or replacement or refunds on user errors like this.
RETURN POLICY:
We honor Etsy policy for returns for any reason within 30 days, and will refund your account as per Etsy policy on receipt of the item here in new unopened condition, and Etsy refund might take up to 21 days. Etsy Guidelines for charging restocking fees are based on the item condition, we will grade the return item and charge a restocking fee due to an opened, damaged, missing, or a materially different return. Please note that Etsy policy requires buyers to return an item in the exact same condition purchased to be able to qualify for refund and reasonable restocking fees from 20 percent to 50 percent on all returns will be applied depends on the condition of the item we receive back especially if the item is not sent back to us with the condition we sent you. Please be considerate and thoughtful when you return our items and return how you received the item.(Your 30 days return starts on the day we authorize your return. After 30 days we will not honor and accept returns) If you return item after 30 days we will contact you and ask you to send us prepaid return label, if no response or label received we will dispose your returned item free of charge in two weeks. We will inspect the returned item and If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product and picks wrong reason to return item, higher restocking fees will be assessed. Restocking fees are not negotiable and it clearly states on our company policies, and prevents abuse, it is customer's responsibility to read and follow those rules before they make a purchase. It is customer's responsibility to buy shipping label. Everything is clearly described, If you falsely pick wrong return codes like not as described, item scratched etc to avoid restocking fees and shipping cost, we deduct max restocking fees and withhold the shipping both ways. Everything we make is brand new, we would never ever risk our account sending you used, damaged, or scratched items. All product packaging and included items must be returned with the product. If shrink wrap opened /used, scratched, damaged, worn clothing, out of shrink wrap no longer in new condition etc we charge highest restock fee as we never sell used item and return item will be discarded to and we will be at total loss, because we are receiving an item that is no longer in the same condition as it was sent, this restock fee is to over our loss and pay Etsy sold fees. After item arrives back to us we will inspect and refund according to condition of the item per Etsy policies.
If we make a mistake we do our best to make our valuable customers happy and do whatever it takes to fix the error, its a worry free service we offer, it won't cost you a penny, most of the time you got to keep the item no need to return back, we will send you the correct item at no cost to you.

However if you make a mistake on your order you need to return the item and if you ask refund you need to cover for the return shipping and pay %20 percent restocking free as all of items are made to order just for you. I think this is pretty fair for both parties and eliminates possible problems for both parties.

Please note that, we are not responsible for user errors like bought our standard size license plate and tried to install on a non standard bracket and did not fit, if you apply sticker on a place won't stick, bought wrong size shirt etc. All orders should return back to us in original condition we sent you.

Shipping
All items are made to order and some items may take longer to make so most of the time we ship in 1 to 2 days, we do not ship weekends.
For shirts most of the time we use bubble wrapped envelopes,
for stickers we ship ONLY with tube mailers with maximum protection
for license plates most of the time we only ship priority mail legal flat rate envelope.
