Special orders for events and coordinating home decor are welcome and accepted only when normal shop production allows, and are subject to an additional design fee in proportion to the type and amount of work requested. During our busiest times, custom request approvals will be limited, and only accepted by the announced cut-off dates. At certain times, shop volume may make it impossible to accept custom order requests. During those times, your understanding is greatly appreciated.
