Sizing details
The pixie Caps is approximately 7 " in the brim and 26" around
The Modified Bouffant is Approximately 6" in the brim and 24" around.
Care instructions
These hats are made with 100% cotton and will Shrink please wash them cold water and never put them in the dryer or they will shrink.
Style
I only make the Pixie Style Cap and the Modified Bouffant Cap
Processing Time
Our Processing Time is 3-8 business days but can be longer depending on order volumes. Please be aware that business days do NOT include Sat, Sun or any Canadian Holiday.
My Item was Marked Delivered But Not Received
Once an item have been marked delivered it it out of our (Custom Cap Co.) hands. You will need to contact your postal service with the tracking number and they will be able to assist you. We are not able to refund these item nor send replacements. Insurance upgrades are available at the time of purchase.
Wrong Address
Please insure the right address is provided on your order and we strongly urge you to double check before placing your order.
Once shipped we are not responsible for the package that contains the wrong address.
If the package is retuned to us you will be refunded for the cap but not the shipping. Item that ship free but are returned to us will have a $5 return fee added and will be deducted from the items once refunded.
Items that are not picked up from the post office and retuned to us will also be charged a $5 return fee.
Please Double Check Your ADDRESS!!! We want you to receive your caps :)
Missing/Lost Packages
We have a 30 day policy for determining lost or missing packages. This means that there has to be no movement on the tracking number for 30 days. Once this happens a full refund will be provided.
